Exceptional salesperson that took care of us. He made the whole experience more pleasant, and just not about trying to sell us a car. Every person that we spoke with was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Would recommend this Dealership to anyone.

I tried to work with Britney for 4 days buying a car with

I tried to work with Britney for 4 days buying a car with no response. I received a call after I inquired about a car on WWW.CARS.COM, but as soon as she found out that I didn’t live close enough to come in and get trapped buy there games they stoped responding to my calls and email and proceeded to sell the car out from under me. This is the most unprofessional dealer I have ever dealt with.

Hello, sorry to hear about your experience. After doing some research into this situation we received your inquiry on this vehicle after this particular location closed on the 20th. The following day on the 21st we sold the vehicle to and employee's family member. I apologize for the missed opportunity, but it is our policy that we can not hold vehicle unless we have a deposit.

Service center has always done a great job fixing any

Service center has always done a great job fixing any issues I've brought in. I'm on truck #3 from them and will return when it's time for #4.

I recently called Glockner Service after my keys were

I recently called Glockner Service after my keys were locked in my 2019 Tahoe. It is a push to start vehicle and I placed the key fob and my purse on the passenger seat .The car was running.I called Glockner of Ironton for help. Tina Wells and Steve Halverson were so helpful. Steve notified Chevy Road Side Service which told him they were going to call me. They did not call me. I called Steve back and he notified OnStar which unlocked the car for me. Steve's efforts amazed me. He certainly went above and beyond. It is employees like this that makes the difference in customer's lives. Please acknowledge them for their outstanding customer service.
