Took my a Chevy Cruze to this dealership for a timing

Took my a Chevy Cruze to this dealership for a timing belt and now have a timing cover leak and they want nothing to do with it and won’t do a thing to look at it or anything. Like I took it to another dealership that found the leak and they brought it to my attention horrible service department

Helo Ben, we found the invoice on the timing belt replacement. The oil leak is documented previous to us working on the vehicle. We also have photos of the leak from our state-of-the-art UVeye scanner. Please contact John Ratulowski for further assistance. Thank you.

You stated it the oil cooler was leaking not the timing cover like I had another dealership do change out the oil cooler and they stated the timing cover was leaking so I’m sure it was leaking the whole time but due to an over look on at the dealership could of saved time on getting it fixed right the first time would of been handy I think

Great customer service getting my car in, ordering the

Great customer service getting my car in, ordering the parts needed and installation. When informed for pickup after installation, when I arrived , all paper work was complete, all I had to do was sign. This was a warranty repair on my 2019 Cadillac XT5 thermostat replacement. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Bought a car there for 20,000 dollars they would wash it
