The service performed was excellent and the advisors are fantastic. The ONE reason I will not recommend this dealership? They tack on a 3% processing fee whenever you use credit cards to pay!! So far debit and checks are fee free, but if you use credit expect to pay an additional 3% (this is based on your total bill,

Bought my Subaru a year ago and had a great experience.
Bought my Subaru a year ago and had a great experience. Had 2 warnings/notifications pop up on my car and decided to schedule a service appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early and told them we would wait inside. No one told us anything about how long it would be. We waited 2 hours and had no update on my vehicle. I asked if I could get a loaner because I was not planning on waiting at the dealership all day. Was told I could get a loaner and that my car would be quite a bit longer. I drove for about 15 minutes before getting a notification that was car was done. So turned around to drive back to the dealership after being told it would be awhile until it was ready. Arrived and was told there was an update my car needed and that was all it needed. I don’t think that update took 3 hours long to perform. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and I ended up wasting 4+ hours of my day. If I would have known it would haven taken that long, I would have asked for a loaner car earlier.

No pressure dealer.
No pressure dealer. Sales(Husein) was super, just the sales guy everyone hopes to have. Finance was a breeze. Going for it's first oil change soon, will see how the service dept. is. Was easy to schedule on the website. If the service is as good as the sales process, I will 100% recommend Sunset Hills Subaru to anyone looking for one.

Start with the good: the sales process wasn't horrible.
Start with the good: the sales process wasn't horrible. The salesperson was easy to work with despite not being able to make decisions on their own- every negotiating point had to be run through the sales manager. But that seems standard most places now. I will say other salespeople I encountered ranged from less than helpful to outright rude (looking at you, lady who stopped answering my simple questions after I said I was already working with a salesperson). Now the bad: Absolute garbage communication, while also never leaving you alone! They will absolutely bombard you with emails from multiple people, even if you're already working with a back of house person. After the sale, expect emails and phone calls about service, "technology training", surveys, extended warranties and more. The hilarious part is if you ask for more info on one they somehow manage to never send it! Totally annoying and unnecessary. Finally, the kicker for me getting my registration paperwork. The finance person said I'd get a call the following week with that and title. Three weeks pass and I never received a call, text, or email about it (but plenty trying to sell me more crap). I finally call and that person is off that day. Okay. I try calling the salesperson. Also off, but on their day off texts me to see what's up, calls the office, and verifies the paperwork has been ready FOR WEEKS. So now I'm stuck scrambling to get everything else done for registration with less time. Overall, your mileage may vary here. It's worth noting two other dealerships were willing to match the price I got from this one, so maybe the service is better there. I'll find out next time when I don't buy here again.

My sales contact (Husein) was very friendly and took time to answer all of my questions and accommodate my needs in order to complete the purchase of my new vehicle. I have also come back for the additional services the site offers, and everyone has been very customer-service focused and attentive. I would recommend this dealership to others.
