This was my second Subaru from Sean Sullivan and what is now Sunset Hills Subaru (formerly Webster Groves Subaru). Both times were great! No pressure, always very helpful. That is why we ended up with two from them.

I was looking for my first new car since 1998! We had a great experience with Sean Sullivan . Sean was patient, professional, and extremely helpful. He was especially kind to me when I shed a few tears as I said goodbye to my trusty minivan. At just 2 weeks of ownership, I am loving my new Forester. We received friendly and timely service on a re-call issue. Michael informed us when the vehicle was being worked on, but not yet complete, and again when it was ready to be picked up

We purchased our Outback an our CrossTrek from Sunset, and both times were a very positive experience. Going there for services is like visiting family. Sounds odd, but we actually really look forward to going there and seeing them. That alone makes all the difference and keeps us coming back

Waiting area was comfortable clean had ample supply of coffee or other beverages that you might want the service rep was attentive to me and I appreciated the fact that there was a car wash after service in my car

Sunset Hills Subaru staff is always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to solve any issues and help in anyway. I will return to buy my next car here and their service department is the best!
