Waldorf Ford service turned a horrible situation into one of the best service visits I've ever experienced at any dealership. Before this visit, there was only one other service center where I actually looked forward to having my car serviced. Thanks to Natalie's extensive knowledge and exceptional customer service skills, along with the outstanding work by the EV foreman, I can now say Waldorf Ford has earned that same distinction. I'm genuinely looking forward to my next visit to your service center. Thank you for putting a smile on my face—and on my EV pony!!

Had an engine issue the week before Christmas.

Buying a vehicle can be a challenge more often than not,
Buying a vehicle can be a challenge more often than not, but Waldorf Ford proved to be an exception to the dealer horror stories you often hear about. I called the dealership wanting to get an OTD price on a Monday or Tuesday evening in late November. I was able to get the pricing relatively quickly, even though I had not decided on whether to keep my current vehicle. Once I decided to trade-in, a few pictures snapped, an agreed upon selling price, the paperwork was signed on Thursday and I was driving the new car on Friday. What I most appreciated about working with Waldorf Ford was the ability to complete the majority of the paperwork online. I really did only spend a couple of hours at the dealership, and a lot of it was Rocco helping me transfer some of my gear from the old car to the new, walking me through connecting phones and showing me the feature now packed into the new display screens. Joe, the finance manager, very patiently explained why the process could not be totally virtual and I appreciated that he was straight and to the point from start to finish. There was no part of the sales process that was different from what was agreed to, and for that reason, I have to give Waldorf Ford 5 stars for this purchase.

I need to bring my vehicle back to be able to give a better review. I did think the dealership could've given a loaner vehicle if they thought services would go longer then expected. Because monetary was not the problem this time.

Review with complaints would take too long. Here are the bullet points. Mind you, this review is well over a year since purchasing. - Salesman Harrison was great, That's where it ends. - Paint correction upon inspection (it was raining when I bought it) - Problems were embedded in clear coat over entire vehicle. Cost me $1,200 to correct. - Front headlight assembly had moisture in it. - Driver side door was misaligned severely - Tailgate was misaligned and not even latching on one side. - Back seat was not latching and aligning. Had to find out the hard way when my 77 year old father was in backseat when I hit the brakes at a stop light. - Payoff on vehicle ($21,500) was not handled correctly and was rolled into my new loan. Took me well over a month to receive my money back and had to redo my whole loan at Navy Federal. - Registration paperwork had spelling errors - Temp registration was not valid. Had to be redone. - I never once spoke to anyone on a phone line. They would only answer on sales line. Otherwise, you would be disconnected. - Visited dealership over 15 times with extended wait times. - Had my truck there an entire day to take photos and document everything. ZERO follow up! - Ended up having the alignment issues done myself because their service guy at TOYOTA said it could not be corrected! (I still have not been reimbursed) - Never heard back from Adrian or any other service manager. basically I was ghosted or given excuses like that person no longer works here. -Tonneau cover appointment with headlight replacement was set following week after sale. I arrive for my appointment. They tell me I am not on the books and there is no cover or headlight there for me. - Vehicle paperwork had to be corrected twice. -Window moldings damaged - Chip on fender flare - Chip on paint - Mirrors were wiped off with a rag, swirls everywhere. There have been so many issues with me buying Fords I am seriously thinking about switching companies. I believe there are 2 or 3 recalls on my truck currently. If you want customer service, this is definitely NOT the dealership to buy from. There were other issues but I just want people to know when they spend their hard earned money, they should go elsewhere. I had ZERO issues with Honda when purchasing on 3 different occasions.
