Best Car buying experience

My experience Waldorf Ford was great. My saleman Tim Maryland was outstanding, he answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. The finance guy was great also. I would say this was by far my best car buying experience. Thank you.

Awesome Service Agent of our Day!!!

Daughters Ford Fiesta hadn't been driven in six months, the charging system was just depleted, low oil light on - got it charged just for service at Waldorf Ford; didn't have an appointment but the service agent was an absolute professional, stated it would be no problem and should have the car back in a few hours - i was thinking the next business day. Wife and I went shopping - after an hour received a call that the car was ready "Wow" that is Awesome Service. Craig Burgess was the Outstanding Service Agent of our Day!!! Picking up the car he stated the car was in very good shape, Thank you Craig! Larry

Excellent Service outing!

I have a 2003 Ford Excursion which was purchased from there. I had brake work performed and the service was exceptional. My thanks to Ross and Jackie of the service department. I also thank the sales department for allowing me to use my computer at one of their desk closest to the side door. the are in the waiting room does not really have any privacy when you want to use a computer. Thanks again

Great customer service and product

Had a great experience . Bought my first new car Saturday from waldorf ford. So far so good. The focus is getting 45 mpg . So I am saving a decent money on my commute to work
