We went in to buy a new car and our salesman showed us a certified used with all of the options that we wanted as well as a new car. There was no push for either car and we didn't have to go to a different building or sales person to look at the option for a used car vs used. We ended up buying the certified used car because of the better warrantee. The dealership is also fixing the ding and the scratch on the car even though it is a used car with no cost to us, they are even providing me a car while it is being fixed! Great customer service!

He pointed out features of different cars that ultimately allowed us to choose the right one for us. Our ultimate choice was for a used car. I was car shopping for a ford explorer and found the one i wanted. I sent a link for the car i found to Joe Gould who works in parts. He is my cousin and i knew he could point me in the right direction. He gave all my information to Rose and she went to lewes to pick up my beautiful SUV. when i got to the dealership after work she had it all ready to go. Certified Sales Consultant, Bill Woods is the best I've seen in a long time. He gets to the point, gives straight forward answers to direct questions and ultimately makes the customer WANT to buy a vehicle. He represents his employer well. I have dealt with this dealership since probably 2001. They are always courteous and friendly. If there is a problem they do their best to resolve it.
