Overall good drove over three hours to arrive, pain that
Overall good drove over three hours to arrive, pain that policy is they don?t accept checks or certified checks when purchasing outright. Did money transfer before leaving home and waited an hour at dealership for verification of transfer total four hours (ridicules). Other than that process was simple enough.

I purchased a new Acadia Denali recently from Laura gmc. I had the pleasure of working with Jay Banos. He was very nice and was not high pressured. He gave me three choices in the car I wanted. I highly recommend this dealer and Jay. Great experience.

First off, the prices cannot be beat. However, even if the prices could be beat, I don't think the customer service could be. I give a BOLD 10 to EVERYONE, except Jay Miller. Jay gets a GOLD 20! The team at Laura is hands down the best at what they do. I will never purchase another vehicle anywhere else without checking to see if they have what I need and want. Thank you for making this purchase so easy, and THE BEST experience I have EVER had in purchasing a vehicle. New car buying made easy. The entire deal was completed through email and over the phone. Jason Davis was friendly and helpful. He answered my questions in a timely manner and made the experience simple and hassle free. The vehicle price was straightforward with no haggling required. I felt like I received a very fair trade in on my truck.

I can't rate the dealership so much because i was never there, but I can say every time i called the dealer there was always a kind courteous voice that always got me to the person or someone to help me. My salesperson Linzie Foster was extremely helpful. He always got me the answers I needed in a timely fashion. Hary Bassett was very easy to deal with no pressure sales on warranty. I did purchase a bumper-to-bumper warranty that I hope to never use but felt good about My over all experience. When my truck was ready i got a video walk around of it letting me know it was ready to ship which I that was very cool. Even the delivery driver was very polite he complimented me on how nice my new truck was. So even throw I never made it to the dealer ship in person I would have to believe that it would be no different than the pleasant experience that i had over the phone and email. Would definitely purchase here again and would request Linzie in sales.5 out of 5

I have had a 2023 Sierra a 2024 Sierra Denali and now
I have had a 2023 Sierra a 2024 Sierra Denali and now have a 2025 Sierra Denali all 3 kept having dead batteries. The 2024 they reimbursed me for a battery)Brennan ) in service did . The 2025 went dead with less than 1000 miles and again at 2000 . It went dead again so I replaced the battery at 2500 miles . I spoke with Jeremy in their service department and he refused to help me . Both times it was dead I left a voice mail for Steve Rogers my salesman and no one would return my calls . I have a friend , Zach Cachera who purchased a new GMC Yukon from Laura Buick had same problem and took it in 3 times and it kept going dead . He traded for a Ford Expedition. I only asked to be reimbursed for a battery and got no cooperation. Service department is a zero ! Said I had to bring it in which is hard when’s it’s dead ! I’m 90 minutes away . When you already know the problem that is ridiculous! 3 trucks in a row and my 2021 blew up ECS . I asked them to do it easily but Jeremy told me to ahead and send a review like he didn’t care ! Not happy as I’ve purchased 7 new vehicles from them !
