Our sales person was very courteous and helpful.

Our sales person was very courteous and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about George Kisor. He worked with me over the phone to get as much of the process taken care of ahead of time. Our 2.5 hour drive to the dealership was met with a super quick transaction process when we arrived. It was one of the best experiences I have had at any GM dealership in all my years of purchasing vehicles.

We did a long distance deal.

We did a long distance deal. Jeremy was incredible! He facilitated the whole thing thru text and phone calls. We drove 805 miles to get our new truck and I'd do it again!

It was a great experience.

It was a great experience. They were very attentive to what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Overall it was excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Service department is very unreachable.

Service department is very unreachable. Tech did not my diagnose my vehicle correctly. Took my concerns to multiple people at Laura Buick and they wanted to cover for the tech. They should have brought it back in and had a different tech look it over or allowed it to go to a different branch to be looked over. They lied about the cost and overcharged me for doubt absolutely nothing. I also have video proof and photos to prove my statement.

I had a 2 hr drive to get to your store, had to take my fiance to St.Louis that day for some Treatments, Didn't have a lot of time but your guy Jason help me sort most of it out on line before coming there. Got all the financing taken care of, Feel like when it was all said and done I got a great deal on a truck, accessories and extended warranty and made it out in time to make her appointments. Even got delivery set up and received my truck by the end of the week. Will definitely be using you again in the future and will definitely be using your on line team to get things sorted before coming out. That made the experience a lot easier with my limited schedule
