Communication is horrible with this dealership. We were going to purchase a 2025 2500 and agreed to the trade on our 2023 Denali. Then they never responded to emails or texts for us to confirm our purchase.

We agreed to trade and no one reached back out, I sent 2 emails and 2 text messages today trying to secure a new 2500. I planned on driving 3 1/2 hours to get the truck and no response.

This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever

This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had, and I would never go back or recommend them to anyone. I was promised things (have the messages) and they were never taken care of. I have never dealt with a ruder and more unprofessional manager in all of my life.

Service center is a joke.

Service center is a joke. Sales are crooks. Regret purchasing from them and letting them force maintenance that was unnecessary and caused engine failures. Was once great. This place is a shadow of their former self.

Mike McAtee and Stephen Hobbs were absolutely exceptional

Mike McAtee and Stephen Hobbs were absolutely exceptional in every way. The process of purchasing a new car was so easy and painless. I truly felt that I was working with lifelong friends as they were genuine in their caring and concern. The pricing was the best in the industry. When you couple the two aforementioned conditions, you are left with a no brainer. This is my second new car purchase at this dealership, and I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle! In fact, I talked my Dad into getting a car here and he said that it was the first time he ever actually enjoyed making a car purchase. Keep up the good work Laura Buick!

We travelled about 50 miles to Laura Buick GMC with the intention of buying a used vehicle. Rob Larson was quick to sense that the used vehicle we test drove did not meet our standards. He invited us to test drive a 2025 Buick Enclave, which we ultimately purchased. Rob was very in tune with our needs and exhibited extraordinary customer service skills during our sale and follow up. Excellent service!

Excellent service! They made purchasing a new vehicle extremely pleasant and quick. They had all my paperwork available upon arrival. I was in and out with my new truck in under 30 minutes.
