There was really a lot of trucks. When we got there and saw the lifted trucks we knew that is what we wanted. Steve was very nice and tried his best to give us the best deal. I live in California, I began my truck search locally. I quickly found that choices for what I was looking for were very limited. Expanding my search nationwide I soon found out that prices were consistently more affordable outside of California. Even then it was not that easy to find the exact truck I wanted. I was super excited the day I found my truck on Laura Buick GMC's web site, it was the exact truck I wanted, the year, the color, and with every option. the best part though was that the ad said "lift in process" since I planned on getting one any way this was great. I was happy to find out that the price advertised was with the four inch Zone lift. My salesman was Pete Brunswick and from the moment I first called until the day I flew out to Illinois I experienced courteous, informative, and hassle free service. The whole experience was amazing and surprisingly quick! # DREAM-TRUCK...!!!!

The best customer service and the most genuine about making sure you are pleased with the services that were completed on your vehicle. I have brought several of my vehicles here, and every time were are greeted nicely, and in and out in no time, with prompt feedback on what work is needed to correct the problem. They have done great work to every vehicle we have brought in to be serviced, on all occasions. My kids even enjoy coming into the service department because how nice the service crew team is to them. It is really nice to finally find a dealership that actually cares about your vehicle being fixed to the customer's satisfaction.
