New GMC Terrain purchase

Great experience, excellent service!

Luara Buick has great salespeople, excellent selection. Overall we were very pleased with the buying experience, we knew what we liked before we showed up and weren't pressured into buying something we didn't want. We ended up getting what I felt like was a good deal on trading a used 2012 Yukon xl for a new one.

Very good experience

bad service dept

I bought the car 4 days ago and so for been able to drive it 2 days been at shop other half the time,vehicles look good there but the service dept needs lot of improvement ,reason I came all way over there was the car had been fully serviced ,and that I wouldn't have to worry bout repairs for awhile well that only took to 2nd day ,I wouldn't buy from again there unless service really improved ..

Unlimited selection to choose from and can't beat pricing!

I think any time you make a large purchase it is all about the person selling you the product. Harry Bassett is the man! He was not pushy. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He helped me weigh the pros and the cons of each scenario until I was completely satisfied. He was patient and kind and I would strongly recommend asking for him next time you want to make a deal. Bait and switch

Went in for an oil change and was told it would be 49.99. After completion of work was given a statement of over a hundred dollars!
