Falsely advertised third row seating. Even had convos about the third row before buying and then I get home and go to flip it up and no seats. Only cargo. Took the car back the next morning (today) and was told it wasn’t their fault because the advertisement was on car gurus that said that, and then told me it was my fault for not flipping it up before I bought it and they didn’t know I wanted third row. When I pointed out that regardless of where they are advertisements are the business’s responsibility and that we talked about me needing third row before purchase, I got the deer in the headlights look. Then was told only the office manager can access the banking to get me my $2k personal check back, and she wasn’t there and they weren’t sure when she was working today so they didn’t know when I would get my money back. I will send everyone I know anywhere but Jack Schmitt

I would give this dealership zero stars if it was possible. All this place has done is lie to me about every part of this sale. They have now been reported at the state and federal level for trying to keep my money that was for tax title and license. Tried talking to the manager and was made all these bogus promises and the ghosted from her. Julion the Sales man is a living little snake. Costed me thousands of dollars now! STAY AWAY from this stealer ship.

Was disappointed that I couldn’t get information on car. When I asked said I had to come in because they get the runaround. I got the runaround if you can’t give information over phone on used cars you are in the wrong business!

Can I give 1/2 star?? BUYERS REMORSE!! Just had my car returned to me from their service department (after being there for almost 1 month!) and I cannot make a right turn without the tire scraping. They refuse to fix it based on my temperament (HAVE HAD MANY MANY ISSUES WITH THIS DEALERSHIP SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THEM SO I WAS NOT IN THE BEST OF MOODS!) Unless they rectify the situation, I will be adding many more comments so everyone can hear the whole story.

The price on the car was on the window. The salesman gave Me the impression the car came with a 5 year warranty in that price. After I signed the dotted line and read the fine print realized that the 5 year warranty applied for more money. So why didn?t he offer the car for less if the car didn?t have that 5 year warranty? I got played, He should of mentioned that to me.
