For people wanting to compare vehicles, price, etc. We want to research these things without being contacted. So it would be beneficial to you as a dealership to put these things out there without the potential customer needing to give their info. Because it's just going to lead to you calling and us not wanting you to.

Excellent Experience
My wife and I worked with Tim Whitmore. We were searching for a specific model with low miles. Tim took the time to find us the EXACT vehicle we were looking for. From the interior, to the miles! We were not ready to pull the trigger on buying a car but will definitely refer to Tim when we are! I would recommend Tim to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Love the Guys at Warrensburg Ford
I originally purchased my car for Cliff Harris back in 2013. And since have always gotten my oil changes, and repairs done in their service department. I have always had beyond excellent service from them but what happened to me today sets the bar! My car was having some issues and left me stranded on the side of the road. I was able to get the car running enough to get it to the dealership at 7:30am (they barley were open yet). I ran in and explained what had happened and they told me to leave it with them and they would take a look. While they did that, the Sales Manager J.J walked in and I asked if he could help with a loaner or knew what my options were; and without hesitation they got me a loaner to get me to work! They never hesitated to get me what I needed and by 11am that day they called me and let me know what was wrong and that it was being fixed. I love all the people at Cliff Harris Ford and will continue to work with them for as long as I am in the area!!!

Horrible Service Center
I've had some trouble from the service center. First time was during my first free oil change. I came to discover that the tech wiped oil/grease my head liner. Years passed bought a new vehicle. I'm told the that service has new management . So I came in for my first free oil change and I leave with a new crease/dent in my door. Of course they cliamed that they didn't do it. They do oil changes in a close quarter shack instead of in the maintenance facility. Lesson learned, it's not worth saving $25 for damage to your vehicle.
