Terrible communication they charged me over 500 for a repair I returned with water in trunk they kept the car little communication tested it they said found no leaks and charged 129.00 more . I?m not sure if the leak is fixed or not

I accompanied someone who was thinking of buying a car here. It was quickly obvious this was a rip-off outfit. Prices on their web site are totally false. I've since learned this us called rebate stacking in the business. An unrealisticly low price is shown because it includes all rebates that are available. EVEN IF THEY CONTRADICT ONE ANOTHER. So it's impossible for anyone to qualify for all of them. Other reviews note they often pad sales contracts with extra charges that customers were never informed of, hoping they'll be too dumb to notice. Their business model depends on suckering chumps. Don't be a chump!

Check engine light issue
Had a problem with check engine light, paid for repairs after having a diagnostics test. 3 days later got another check engine light and charge me all over again! Still haven't resolved my issue after contacting management. Got a voicemail only with no reply to 2 messages. Terrible service agent rush me out and was trying to add more repairs without fixing the issue at hand.

Anita made everything right. I was originally unsatisfied with the car...mostly appearance. Anita went above and beyond to make it right. She drove to my workplace with a loaner. Brought my vehicle back to the dealership and made sure it was cleaned and detailed the way a Johnny Londoff used vehicle should be. It was then delivered to me back at work. The inside looked brand new and the outside was as shiny as ever. Unbelievable customer service. Highly recommend Anita!

Anita was no nonsense & great to work with. Less than stellar vehicle prep. Key fob battery was dead, 12 volt plugin fuses needed to be replaced, car was filthy, missing tow cover and damaged bumper that couldn't be seen at night...little things I thought this dealership would be mindful of. This was my first experience with Johnny Londoff. Disappointed in the pride they took getting car ready for sale. Hope my transaction was an outlier.
