Great

I have been a customer for about 15 years and have had only 1 touchy situation with the company. Overall I think this is a great place to shop for cars and even better for repairs.

Car being servived for recall and oil change

My appointment was for 10 am Friday I dropped my car off Thursday evening I received call from my service rep at 9 am Friday saying my car was done GREAT SERVICE

Impressed as always

I was able to get an Saturday appointment for am oil change after calling at 7:30am on the same Saturday. Ashley always takes great care of me!

So Glad We Purchased Our Cruze from Londoff!

Our Cruze continues to be the BEST purchase we have ever made. The vehicle is fun to drive, great on gas, and overall a fantastic experience. I have really enjoyed working with the staff at Londoff. One of the best features is our maintenance program. It is all handled by the Londoff team. They notify you when you need to come for service. You are scheduled at a time convenient for you. They are ready when you arrive and there is never a wait, you are in and out. It is easier for me to drive to Londoff for service than to get service locally. Again if you want to have the best automobile experience possible, work with the Londoff Team!

Great Place and People!!!

I went online and looked at a few cars because my stepmom had told me about a girl she knew that just got a car from you. During the time I was online I opened up a chat with someone and then shortly after I received a email from Michelle. I emailed Michelle a couple of times, until I came in that following Monday to test drive a used Sonata that I was interested in. Michelle did all the pre procedures and then after the test drive we decided to go forward with the process of trying to get me in the car. I waited for 2 days to hear from Michelle about if I was approved or not. She advised me that the lenders didn't want to give me enough money for the Sonata, so they sent in a few other options. On the 3rd day before I left work, she asked me if I would consider driving a brand new 2015 Chevy Cruze and I wasn't interested at first because I have 3 kids and wouldn't think it was enough room. I talked it over with my husband and we decided to go ahead with the Cruze and who could pass up a brand new car in their favorite color. I went back to dealer Friday and picked up my brand new Cruze and I couldn't be happier. I didn't think I would ever in life get a brand new car and I did. Thanks Michelle and the Johnny Londoff Team!!!

Staff was professional, courteous, pleasant and showed concern for my distress about my car. She was knowledgeable and able to direct me. She was most helpful. She was personable and her name is Ashley.

Quality dealership, from the boss to employees

We live in Waterloo, Il, and pass MANY Chevrolet dealerships to get to Londoff. I will continue to look at vehicles there, due to Mr.Londoff's many kindnesses extended to the community, and his heartfelt concern for his customers. We had a very positive experience with all involved with us when we bought our Trax. My father sold Chevrolet's for 52 years at a dealership in Waterloo. Only the bowtie for us....Keep up the good work!

Great customer service

I had a small seam opening up in the upholstery and brought it to the attention of Rick Wors, who immediately contacted the repairman and while I had my scheduled service done, the upholstery was fixed. A big thank you to Rick for saving me time to take care of this immediately, and not to have to come back at a later date to take car of this.

friendly service

James Jean was very knowledgeable and patient with me and my decision to purchase. He walked me through the finance process before being brought in and speaking with Robert who was kind enough to go over all my options and finding a finance partner who would help me stay within my budget for my car note.
