Purchase of Ford Taurus

I just purchased my second car here and was very pleased by the attention I received from Steve Nodiff. He gave me his full attention and did not try to do anything else at the same time. Steve made a point to inform me of all savings programs available.

Purchased my first new car

Bommarito Ford is unlike other car dealerships I've visited. The staff is genuinely friendly and not the kind to forget about you after you've signed your name on the dotted line. Phil Sheward was AMAZING. He has helped me with an issue I had after purchasing my car and, as the perfectionist he is, sent followup messages informing me of the status of my situation. Dan King was my finance guy and he's such a warm and friendly guy. The thing I liked most about Dan is he went out of his way to find me the best financing deal available to me. He laid everything out in a way that was very easy to understand so I wouldn't leave scratching my head. I urge anyone who is on the market for their first new car to give these guys a shot. You won't regret it.

Great experience at Bommarito Ford

Our Bommarito Ford salesman, Jeff Gustofson was great to deal with - I would recommend him to anyone. The used car sales manager, Gordon Kinder, even came out and shook our hands and thanked us too. The Finance Gentleman, Rob, also made closing the deal very pleasant. Overall the experience at Bommarito Ford was excellent. Thank you all!

Easiest car buying experience ever!!

Bommarito Ford definitely knows what they' re doing! My salesmen, Chuck, was very easy to work with, answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable! I was in the market for a new Ford Edge so I told Chuck all my must haves on the vehicle and he was able to find what I was looking for on the first try! Dan King in finance also did a great job! He was very easy to work with and the process was quick!

FIRE caused by improper repair of rear defrost by Bommarito.

Had rear window replaced in truck due to defrost not working. This was covered under warranty. Truck was in shop for almost a week and a half. First time my defrost was used a day later the truck caught on fire in the same area connections were made to replace defrost. Was determined fire was caused by incorrect installation of the wiring when rear window was replaced. This ultimately totaled my truck resulting in quite a loss of money overall besides my truck, very disappointing.

Great Experience

After 20 years and 236000+ miles, my wife and I shopped several Ford dealers looking for a new Ford to replace our reliable but very tired Crown Victoria. When we met Phil we knew we were in good hands.
