I was looking around for a long time for the perfect deal on a pre-owned Ford Mustang 2015 or newer. I eventually found Bommarito Ford, and I was absolutely blown away by their service. Their dealership is incredibly clean and high-quality, which many other dealers severely neglect. Les made my entire buying process low-stress and enjoyable. I never felt like I was forced or pressured, and he was willing to work with me to help me get exactly what I needed. Les sold me a 2016 Mustang V6, and I can honestly say it was the best decision I've made so far. As a new buyer, he took great care of me. I strongly recommend that you call Les if you see anything in their inventory that interests you because he's a guy you can trust. All in all 10/10 buying experience, and I will be buying another car there next time around!

Steve Nodiff was great to work with, he was referred to me by a friend. I previously worked at another Ford dealership and obviously have my own opinions on dealerships, let me be the first to say, I would not hesitate to return to buy again, nor would I be apprehensive to refer friends of my own. Wow!! The salesman lost control with whom he was dealing with. Maybe a bad day. Maybe sales are down and the sales manager told him about it. I don't know. He raised his voice to my wife and myself as we were negotiating price. To the extent other customers were staring at us. He practically called us idiots for the vehicle that we selected and the price we started to negotiate at. He mentioned that he has been with Bommarito for 8 years and his sales manager would laugh at him if he brought these figures to him. He mentioned Bommarito is the largest in the state of Missouri and they get the best prices . That the price he is offering is the best and that my wife and I need to rethink our price and come up with a better offer before he shows it to his sales manager. My wife and I have bought many vehicles from the Bommarito family over the last 10 odd years, but we have NEVER been treated by ANY dealership as we were treated on Saturday, August 19th. Guess what... I shook his hand and thanked him for his precious time. Guess what Mr. Bommarito, my wife and I drove to Suntrup Ford Westport right after this conversation. We spent a couple of hundred dollars more than your salesman offered, but the salesman , Terry Logan and his sales manager had outstanding respect for my wife and myself. So it's not always the bottom line on the sale. But the courtesy that goes with the sale and after! Good luck Mr. Bommarito!
