I was thoroughly happy with the service and attention I received at the dealer. My salesperson, Brad Clanney was very knowledgeable about the product and what It offered. He was also a humble gentleman and not a high pressure salesperson. He made it a good car buying experience.

The experience I had working with Sergey from Bommarito was the best experience I have had in purchasing a car. They came in with a great price and a great offer for my trade in, none of the "let me go check with my manager" back and forth. Would recommend this dealership and Sergey to anyone.

By far the best car buying experience I've had. Absolutely no pressure from my salesman, and the deal was complete in record time. I searched all over the St Louis area for a Fiesta, the selection at all other dealers was exceedingly limited and their prices not the least bit reasonable, I had given up hope of finding a car until I contacted Bommarito. At Bommarito, I purchased the car I wanted for the price I had in mind before I began the buying process, in less than an hour, how can you beat that? You can't. I had gone to the Ford website & used the build your car option. I printed it off & took it with me. Terry tried as hard as possible but could not locate the requested vehicle. We decided to order a 2012 model with my requested options. Unfortunately, the color I wanted was no longer available so I chose another one. A week later I was in an accident which totaled my car. I returned to the dealer & Terry had a car with my requested options plus some other features. Since the vehicle had all I wanted plus, I got it. Terry went out of his way to meet my requests and I am very pleased with my new car (all two days I have had it).

Came in to look at used cars and drove home in a new SUV. We were able to find a model and color to our liking. Did not trade in old car, did not receive enough money for trade.

Sergey was very polite, not pushy at all. Got us a great deal for our vehicle. I was disappointed of the cleaning of the vehicle and that the tonneau cover was missing pieces (without telling me when agreed upon). Overall, good deal, just not great service with the cleaning and information about the vehicles accessories.

Great buying experience, would highly recommend Sergy and this dealership. Easy to work with and very responsive during the entire process. Overall this is one of the best car buying experiences I can remember. Thanks to everyone at Bommarito and look forward to the next time I need a car.

We had an appointment for 12:30 w/Sergey to view a 2006 Ford Explorer they had on their lot. We were helped as soon as we got there, and went to look at the SUV. We were able to take it for a drive just me, my husband, and my daughter without the pressure of a sales person in the back. When we got back we were able to quickly negotiate our terms w/o any haggling. Everyone was very polite and friendly. We had a bit of a wait for the finance manager to get to us, but they were busy. We had our 18 month old who hadn't napped with us so it was a bit hectic, but everyone was very understanding. This vehicle is the 4th we have purchased from one Bommarito dealership or another. I don't really know why we ever try anywhere else in the St. Louis area. Bommarito customer service is always great, and they are always as accommodating as they can be with the price. If you are going new I would say definately go to Bommarito, and if you are going used at least check them out first.
