    I have been a customer of Pundmann Ford for over 15 years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Their service department is world class... and I have never been to a more professional, thorough, capable, caring, trustworthy, fair, and friendly repair shop in my lifetime. They also have a great sales team. I have purchased two vehicles in the last 4 years from them and would not consider anyone else. They are also the only dealer I can find that offers an unlimited warranty on the powertrain as well as selling a third party unlimited bumper to bumper extended warranty. Try Pundmann ford and you won't be disappointed.

    I arrived early for my appointment and was immediately taken in by the service department. The work was done promptly and finished ahead of schedule.... There were lots of new cars on the lot for me to look at while the work was being completed. There also, I am happy to report, no pressure to sell me any other work than what I was there for. That was much appreciated!

    The buying process did not get all five stars because of the salesman, but thankfully he is no longer employed at Pundman. My Flex has not needed any... service except recommended preventative maintenance. I did need repairs on a previous Ford and I was very pleased with the Pundman service department.

    We were in the market for a new car and I had been researching Ford Expeditions for a while. I was also prepared with what I believed was an accurate value... for our trade-in. We had decided on two, one 2016 at Pundmann and another 2017 at Max Dye in Salem. Pundmann was not interested in working with me at all, I can only assume because I was a woman trying to close a deal without my husband doing the talking. But my husband preferred the one at Pundmann so we actually went down to the dealership because the salesman, Michael Howe, had told my husband over the phone that he could make it happen. We got there and Mr. Howe immediately started addressing my husband and not speaking to me at all. We took the car for a test drive and fell in love. We came back ready to close, as we had already secured financing and had our trade, as well as a down payment ready to go. Michael told us they were only willing to give us $2000 for our trade and asked if we wanted to talk about it alone. While my husband and I were deciding whether to walk or not, Michael comes back and in traditional salesman fashion lets us know he did some “finagling” on our behalf and can add $500 now to the trade. Yeah, still not going to work for us. We told him again, he’d need to come up at least another $500. And that was all that was needed in order for him to sell us this car. He walks in the back to “talk to his manager” (use the bathroom, perhaps?) and lets us wait it out. He comes back and says they can’t offer anything else. So we walked. He then has the nerve to text us the next morning saying he’s been really working on the deal with his GM and can now offer us another $100. Seriously? By the time he’d sent us this, we’d already been signing the papers to purchase the 2017 Expedition in Salem at Max Dye where they offered us $4100 (!!!) for our trade. I guess I just don’t understand the thought process of dickering back and forth and wasting peoples’ time. We told you how high we could come, you tell us you can make it work, then have us come down there only to find out you aren’t even close. I was just so completely put off by this guy’s arrogance and the fact that he had no interest in working with me, a woman, but was fine addressing any and all communication to my husband. What year is it??? Also, what dealer doesn’t close a deal over $500?? On a $37,000 vehicle? Frustrating waste of time.
