I brought my recently purchased Corvette to Daniels Long Chevrolet on April 18th due to a check engine light. I was told it would be checked that day and that I’d be updated. Three days passed with no communication. I called twice on April 21 and was told the advisor was “busy.” I finally drove there on my lunch break and was told the technician had been pulled off my vehicle and the advisor would be off for the next day and a half. Later, I requested a simple copy of the diagnostic report. I was told that wasn’t possible and I’d need to wait for the original advisor to return. Frustrated, I returned that evening to pick up the car. The employee who assisted me looked it up and said no diagnostic had ever been performed. My car had been sitting untouched for three days. The next morning I took the vehicle to Mike Maroone Chevrolet. They had me checked in, diagnosed, and communicating with updates within 10 minutes. That’s what real service looks like. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t trust them to service a lawnmower.

DANIELS LONG CHEVY DEALERSHIP IS 100% PATHETIC AT THEIR SERVICE.....MY NEW 2023 CHEVY SILVERADO 1500 WAS BROUGHT IN AT 2300 MILES FOR BRAKES MAKING LOUD NOISES....DIFFICULTIES STOPPING....BRAKE CHATTER ETC......THEY SAID NOTHING IS WRONG.....BROUGHT IT IN FEW OTHER TIMES FOR BRAKE PROBLEMS.....RECALLS ETC....FAST FORWARD TO 3 WEEKS AGO WITH THE VEHICLE HAVING 21,000 MILES.....NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THE BRAKES ARE BAD ( SENSOR SAYS 85% GOOD) THEY ARE CRACKED AND ROTORS ARE SHOT.....THEY WANT OVER A $$ 1000 TO FIX AND TELL ME IT'S NOT UNDER WARRANTY......KEEP IN MIND THE "WARRANTY" IS 3 YEARS 36,000 BUMBER TO BUMPER....B.S.....NOW THE VEHICLE ALSO BURNS 1QT OF OIL EVER 1000-1200 MILES....THEY TOLD ME THAT'S NORMAL.....I WAS BORN AT NIGHT BUT NOT LAST NIGHT.....ADDITIONALLY THEY NEVER RETURNED MY NUMEROUS CALL.....I'D GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 10.....

I just wanted to thank your dealership for the wonderful efficient experience we had recently . Out salesman was Gianni and he was very helpful. I had to help my sister purchase her vehicle on as rush situation, her other vehicle was involved in a total loss and she needed to purchase ASAP. And she has never done it before. I actually called from Texas and did the very fair deal by phone. My sister came to the dealership to test drive and learn about this specific vehicle, she loved it and Gianni preceeded to start the process. I was treated with respect and perfectionism. Gianni was very patient and courteous helping my sister. The deal came together for both parties. I would definitely refer anyone to buy from this Dealership. Thanks to the sales manager I can't remember his name but he was very helpful as well.
