My name is Michael Bully and I brought my Chevy HHR in this shop Monday November 9th and I was working with Chris. Chris Customer Service Sucks! Chris... was very short with me and Chris Failed to keep me informed on the status of my vehicle. Chris attitude is Nasty and Rude. Chris quoted me $680.00 for the today bill yesterday November 11th but Now I called today November 12th and some worker name Boe is saying now the total cost to fix my vehicle is around $1100.00. How did they go from $680 to $1100 almost double the quote? Chris didn’t even offer me a Rental car, which they always say they don’t have Any rental cars available but I have coupons for a free rental and they didn’t even attempt to call Enterprise Rental to honor my rental coupon. This is very unprofessional and insensitive to the customer. I recommend that No One get their car fix at this location. ThanksAnd
This is an absolute TERRIBLE dealership. We have bought and sold many vehicles over the years and this dealership is by far, the worst one we have ever... been too. To start, we had salesman Aquarion Yarbrough. We went in, test drove a vehicle, worked numbers and worked numbers with our trade in. We all agreed to a price. Our financing was approved, and we had an appointment to go into the dealership on Friday morning, at 10 am to purchase the truck. Aquarion called my husband and said don't come in we sold the truck last night. So between 7pm and 10am you sold the truck? Okay cool. We went to another dealership today, and were working the numbers when Aquarion called us and said they didn't sell the truck and we could buy it today if we didn't purchase another truck already. We were in the middle of working numbers at another dealership when he called. He said that he can make a better deal. We said we will be there in 2 hours. We rushed from Denver to Colorado Springs, he had all of the paperwork ready. We sent our pre-approval letter (huge mistake because they now know what we were approved for) We got there, and had another salesman walk around our trade in vehicle again and noticed 3 extremely small dents from hail on the hood. He said, "Oh it wasn't there when you first brought your trade-in vehicle in to us and it hailed on Wedneday (19 Aug)". Um, No Sir, it did not. Please see the hail reports for Colorado Springs below. It last hailed 15 August. They said they need another $1000 down to make the deal. Even though they already agreed on numbers/prices. We walked out, not only lost out on purchasing that truck, but the possibility of purchasing the truck we were in the middle of buying in Denver. Below are the texts between Aquarion and us. Aquarion: "I was upset at how your deal went so I got some higher ups involved. If you didn't buy 1 for integrity pusposes pulled some strings I have the truck if you haven't bought you can come buy it. If not I just wanted to know I tried my best to help you. Aquarion: "I had to take the bullet for what a salesman who doesn't care did buy I went to the top and pushed for you" Us: "Thanks for doing that. I will let you know in about less than 30 minutes. Just getting numbers and if they aren't good, I can be there in less than 2 hours" Aquarion: "Gotcha and whatever they do send it to me I will show them" Aquarion: "I will make it work...I know you may not care but I cursed out some important ppl for this deal for you....I was pissed I had to defend something that shouldn't of happened" Us: "Ok, on our way for it, leaving King GMC now, have it ready for us" Us: "Be there in less than 2 hour" Aquarion: "Thank you so much! I feel accomplished that I was able to fix this" Please please PLEASE save yourself money, and the trouble and don't deal with this terrible terrible dealership!
I recently had to have my 16 year old Chevy truck towed into Daniel's Chevrolet, and I was wary because I have an inherent distrust of dealers as being... overpriced and always trying to upsell on every job! The service advisor (Carl) was very professional and upfront about what needed to be done and offered discounts to help with the bottom line. When the job was done it was exactly as I had been told it would be. I now have a very different attitude about Daniel's and will not hesitate to bring my vehicle back in the future!
I have purchased 2 new Corvettes over the past 7 years--spending well over $100,000, from you and had always been happy with your Service Department--even... writing favorable comments several times. I noticed a slow leak in my left rear tire and called to make an appointment for repair--assuming, per Michelin website, the tire would be repairable with a simple puncture in the tread--which it has: to wit, a nail. When I got there yesterday--a 40 minute drive each way from my home in Falcon, I was informed you do not repair Corvette tires. They must be replaced. To say the least, I was greatly annoyed that I was not told this when I called to make the appointment and drove there and back for nothing. The Service Writer, Kayla, with whom I spoke was relatively new, but still should have been trained to pass this information along to any Corvette owner with this situation. I became greatly irritated about the attitude of "Anthony," purportedly filling in for Kayla. He couldn't care less that a significant customer of the dealership was, rightfully, annoyed. His apology was less than perfunctory, unlike "Gerry" who understood my anger and was sincere and professional. I told them I understood the policy but should have been told about it when I scheduled the appointment. I could have taken the car to Big O 5 minutes away in Falcon to see the puncture and then enquired as to the next step--not wasted almost 3 hours of my time for nothing. If I would have then called and asked about repair, had been told you couldn't do it, I would have ordered a new tire and brought it in for replacement by you. If this low level of customer service is what a multiple Corvette owner receives, I pity someone who buys a Sonic or the like. I have planned on ordering a 2021 Corvette early next year. Needless to say, it won't be from you. And any subsequent service for my Corvette will be at Maroone Chevrolet. The fact that my dissatisfaction wasn't reported to the Service Manager yesterday, and I have heard nothing from you, also speaks poorly of your organization.
Overall horrible experience. Drove over an hour to do a test drive and from there the experience just got worst. Wouldn't return phones call. Talked to... three different managers and three different sales people. Were very rude and insinuated that we could not afford the truck. In the end the General Manager said he would called back and never did. So we purchased a Toyota!! Stay away from this dealership. Do not recommend!!
James was most helpful and accommodating. Understood the product and was helpful through the sales process. Dealership personnel very helpful. At no time... did I feel pressured or rushed.
The service team went above and beyond to help me out!
I drive almost 100 mile after phone appointment to this dealer to buy a corvette but look like they don't have enough care to make me to drive the car... home.... too bad.
I really want to thank Brittany Grubb for all of her hard work. I'm having an issue with another dealership with warranty work and she did every possible... to get it taken car of. She spent a lot of time with my issue. Great customer service. She went way above and beyond !
Speaking with sales people but have not made any progress on purchasing a vehicle. Waiting to be able to go to the sales lot and speak directly with a... sales person.
