Customer Care

Carl focuses on the best customer care. He is very understanding when life happens and is always willing to make sure you feel secure when it comes to your vehicle. This man goes out of his way to make sure his customers are satisfied. I really enjoy his enthusiasm and effort during my visits at Daniels Long Chevrolet.

Simply Amazed

I was shopping around, trying to find work that could be done at a lesser cost than the dealership quoted me. I got the work done from another place and the result was lack luster. I took my vehicle in for additional repairs and they corrected the "service" this other company did with no extra charges. I was simply amazed and dealing with Frank has been pleasant every time. I will definitely come back for more work to be done, you can put faith in their work and ability to take care of a customer's needs in a timely manner.

Great Team!!

From Dondi, Mike H. & Mike O. all are awesome to work with here, treat customers with respect & genuine concern and not pushy at all They listen to you, honest & upfront & their prices are very hard to beat. Would highly recommend to anyone to go here.

Quick repair

Upon arrival in the service area the gentleman helping me wasn't horribly friendly. Made me feel like I was interrupting his day by having issues with my brand new vehicle. Took about an hour and a half to fix the issue. Once the repair was finished the gentleman helping me was much friendlier. They even have me a free car wash because the repairs took longer than expected.

2015 Chevy Impala

Very friendly and courteous staff. Everyone we dealt with spent tons of time answering our questions. Had to "play the game" with the bottom line, wish the process was faster, but over all we are very pleased.

Excellent service in all respects. Jerry is an exceptional Service Manager and always takes care of all my needs. The Service department is very professional. The sales department is as well.
