The person taking my call to set up an appointment was

The person taking my call to set up an appointment was not very friendly. I arrived on time for my appointment and was taken right in. I was there for a 12 month service, I went over some issues that I was having with my truck and it was done in about 40 minutes. However, the problems I told them about were not resolved. The service mgr. research one of the problems and call me, it's been a few days no response yet. I ask if I could get a complementary exterior wash job and was told yes, that didn't happen.

We saw a car online, It looked good, put down a small

We saw a car online, It looked good, put down a small deposit. Went back and took it home. Have not got to drive it much since then.

Best dealership experience we have had.

Best dealership experience we have had. The entire staff was honest, up-front, and helpful. They didn't play the typical dealership games others use to make a sell. We will shop there again when we need another vehicle.

Kenny Trich the Internet Manager was very quick to

Kenny Trich the Internet Manager was very quick to respond to my inquiries, and put me in contact with Bruce Walker, who was just a tremendous salesman. It wasn't an easy decision trading in my Mustang so that my wife could have a more reliable vehicle, but I'm glad I did and glad I went with Jim O'Neal Ford. So much so, I'm returning a week later to buy my Bronco and working with Bruce again.
