Bought my car in 2018 from Jim O'Neal and always took it
Bought my car in 2018 from Jim O'Neal and always took it there for service. The quality and professional has steadily gone down hill. I confirmed by phone weeks prior to taking my car there this week that if I dropped it off they would get the oil change and brakes done. When I dropped it off they said maybe. They called an hour later said they wouldn't be able to do anything today. When I picked it up they had done the oil change and said the brakes were fine. I asked why I had to put my foot through the floor to stop. They said we have to have the mechanic look at them another time. They tried to charge me $75 dispute a coupon for $45. Took 8 minutes to get that fixed. I asked where my car was so I could leave and they said guess I'll have to find one of the guys to bring it up. I asked why they didn't put the number painted on the parking spots in the paperwork so I could just go to that spot. Will never go there for service again.

Had our vehicle over 1 week without calling or updating
Had our vehicle over 1 week without calling or updating us. We called at the 1 week mark. Still didn’t know what was wrong with vehicle. Poor communication!

"Terrible" is the only word to describe the customer
"Terrible" is the only word to describe the customer service at Jim ONeil. Took our Ford Edge in for repair on a seal which was leaking transmission fluid. The service manage appointed. Took car in with written instructions and dropped for the process of that repair I called to let them know there was a recall for computer update for transmission also. When we got there to pick it up only the recall had been done so we left it again for another 2 days. They said it would have to wait since it was not scheduled. After picking repair up it began to leak at 10 times the rate it had been all over the driveway. Called and was told when to bring it back and again it was not on the book. When they finally had the curtousy to look at the vehicle they claimed to have torched the seal into place per specifications which was a lie. You place the seal correctly or you have a massive leak. I WAS TOLD that everything was in great shape and had been test driven and no leaks. Of course I took it back within the time period aloted to be repaired correctly, within the month. We then took it to a reputable repair shop to avoid further damage to the vehicle. They found that they had hit the seal with something trying to beat it into place. Pinned it to try and make it stop leaking. We paid twice for THE SAME REPAIR. "Timothy" the service manager has not returned the call he promised to make. No concern, VERY irresponsible. BETH WOOD

Jim O'Neil Ford is the only place to buy a vehicle! Second purchase this year and these people continued to amaze! Starting with Jim Meagher Jim is Great to have as a salesman that I can trust, is not pushy, and looks out for his customers! All through the process he is there to help from getting you the best deal to showing you all the features of your vehicle during delivery! He is supported by a wonderful group! Managers Garrett Gerth and Todd Beyl are approachable, down to earth, and do whatever it takes going above and beyond to find, secure and deliver on the vehicle you are wanting! Brian Meagher is very knowledgeable and works to get you the best appraisal on your trade in! Brandon Milby in Finance continued to exceed expectations finding you the best route to take with the different options to buy or lease, is clear with the terms! He also provides information about extended warranties and maintenance plans without being pushy! Sam and Ed cleaned this truck up on a pretty gloomy day and made my truck look the cleanest on the road! And lastly, someone behind the scenes who normally gets overlooked is Tracie Nifong. She is the one who sends out the registration information and does the title work. Bought the truck on Tuesday and had my packet in the mail on Friday! So freaky fast she might surpass Jimmy John's! In general, no matter what you are looking to buy or lease, give these great folks at Jim O'Neil and opportunity to impress you the way they have me on now multiple occasions! It is like a family there and I felt like I was welcomed in as part of it!

The person taking my call to set up an appointment was
The person taking my call to set up an appointment was not very friendly. I arrived on time for my appointment and was taken right in. I was there for a 12 month service, I went over some issues that I was having with my truck and it was done in about 40 minutes. However, the problems I told them about were not resolved. The service mgr. research one of the problems and call me, it's been a few days no response yet. I ask if I could get a complementary exterior wash job and was told yes, that didn't happen.
