My husband and I had been researching various makes and models of SUV vehicles for purchase consideration and had visited several other dealerships. We had been unimpressed, mostly because the dealers didn't seem to know their products very well, or had no clue to rebates and/or financing. We contacted Kevin Phalen of Hertrich's in Denton regarding a vehicle on their lot with a special sales incentive. My husband and I made arrangements to meet in the evening for an overview and test drive of the vehicle. Kevin greeted us immediately upon our arrival and was able to give excellent information and demonstration of the vehicle's workings and features, and assisted us in learning the nuances of the SUV better during our test drive. When we returned to the dealership, which was near closing time, I commented that I really liked the vehicle, but had truly wanted to test drive a Chevy Equinox before making a commitment. Kevin immediately took us over to the models in stock and started to ask and answer questions in order to give us the best "fit" with the various options. We test drove one of the models they had on the lot and once again Kevin was very knowledgeable and insightful with this new make and model's workings and features. Kevin was able to give us bottom line prices of both vehicles that eve so that we could better compare them with our needs and finances. Kevin was very patient and thoughtful, giving us the time and privacy needed to discuss this very important purchase. We wound up going with the Equinox. Kevin was able to locate the very one with all of the features and details that we wanted and had it sent to the dealership - it came from out of state. When we went back a couple of days later, we test drove and again went over all of the nuances of that specific vehicle. Kevin was once again patient even though we kept him after hours a second evening. We bought the Equinox, and Kevin has since both called and emailed us to ensure that we are enjoying our new purchase. Overall, an excellent buying experience. Chevy/Hertrich is also excellent in assuring that we are getting the most out of our new car purchase, with preventative maintenance servicing, and continuing to touch base with us. We would definitely recommend both Kevin and Hertrich Denton to others.

Laura Mahoney, Our Sales rep is simply Wonderfu to deal with!! We've bought our last 2 vehicles from her & found she goes beyond what most would do to help you get exactly what your want & the best deal possible. My husband had some rather unfortunate dealings with car sales persons in the past & because of that has bought from local owners or dealers he personally knew, & sold his vehicle himself ---never trading in. He didn't want to deal with them because he felt they held only THEIR BEST Interest at heart, not ours. . I found a car I liked at Hertrichs on line , showed it to him---he liked it also & convinced him to give it a try , go up to talk with Laura as she seemed quite nice when I'd previously spoken with her. Long story short------Laura was just as I expected! She was helpful, not pushy, listened to your wants, & gives you plenty of time for thought, offering as many options as possible. She gave us such a fair trade-in on our our current vehicle therefore ---no need to sell it ourselves!! We recommend Laura Highly---She has Superior Qualities which are most difficult to find in this day & time!!

Excellent Service
We had a unique situation in which the sales people were more then willing to help us work through and everything worked out much better then myself and my husband could have predicted. They were able to locate the exact vehicle we wanted and provide us with the trade/financing we needed. We went to several other dealerships with no luck and I would highly recommend Hertrich Chevrolet for anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

Great experience - friendly staff!
Laura Mahoney was great to work with in finding a car. The car we wanted wasn't on the lot, but they had it delivered from elsewhere. She stayed in touch with us during the entire process. I'd certainly recommend buying a car here!

Exceptional sales team
If you are in the market for a new or used car you owe it to yourself to visit Hertrich in Easton. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous as well as pleasant to deal with. Laura Mahoney was my sales person and I will say it was a pleasure doing business with her. She had my best interest in mind. I will do business with her again.

Very pleasant experience
Kevin, my experience at your store w/ you, Dave, and Frank was first rate. I could not have been treated better. I recognized and appreciated that the folks at Hertrich (Denton) were doing all that they could to meet my expectations and provide excellent customer service. If I lived closer to your store you would see referral business from family and friends. Alas most of us live two plus hours away.

Could not be happier!!!!
I went in to Hertrich to get an oil change on a car I had purchased with another company. I had known going in my car had other issues that needed to be fixed but was not aware of the extremity of the situation until Joe in service explained to me (very nicely) what was going on. However, after my old dealership became aware of the situation, I received a less than friendly that left me a complete mess and car-less... I needed a car and fast, however I knew that having new credit and no cosigner, my options were slim. This is where salesman Joe Schubert comes into play. Not only was he warm and welcoming, but he made sure I was comfortable with buying a car seeing as it was my first big purchase. After a few denials, I was ready to give up, but Joe was absolutely determined to find me an amazing car that I would love. Joe, Yale, and the whole team at Hertrich worked for two days straight to find me a car that had everything I needed (and wanted) in it. I could not be more happy with my experience and I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a good deal and EXTRAORDINARY customer service to visit Hertrich Chevy Dodge in Denton.

Could Not Be Happier!!
I went in to Hertrich to get an oil change on a car I had purchased with another company. The only positive thing i can say about our experience is that it is over. Our salesman was Kevin Phelan and he was decent enough. However, the service manager Yael, who I originaly liked changed once the transaction was completed.We were to have remote start put in because it was not available in the color car we wanted. So they said "bring it back and we'll have it installed." Well when my wife dropped her car off, it passed me going over speed bumps @ 40 m.p.h.. I got to the dealership and Yael could have cared less. Not only that they were going to drive it 45 miles away to have an after market remote start put in, which we could have done ourselves, and for a lot cheaper. Plus we were paying for a Dodge remote start installed AT the dealership. Dave Houston was one of the few positive highlights of our experience at Hertrich. Not only did he try to make it right, he arranged for it to be done the next week, set up a loaner car and called as soon as it was done. Since the remote start incident, Yael has still not changed his attitude toward us.
