The customer service was excellent. The service department was knowledgeable, courteous, and kept me up to date on what was happening with my vehicle. While waiting in the waiting area I was offered coffee and water not once, but twice. The 2nd time was by the owner himself. I will definitely use Roberts for all my future service needs.

Mr. Bennet was very nice and courteous and took care of my needs next day. I noticed that my truck that I purchased. That was supposed to be certified, had bad back. Bricks went to the service department and Mr. Shannon was very rude and condescending, and will not do any more business with them again. And then I returned to mister bennet, and he is taking care of the problem, but there is no reason that shannon should have been so rude and unhelpful
