Power seat

Recently I took my edge in for a 3rd time for what I thought was a continuing warranty problem. Mike was awesome through the entire process. Realizing the problems with staffing and even getting parts are a struggle the Roberts team made things right. Thanks again keep up the good work!

Best Service Possible!

I just bought my second car from Roberts and can’t speak highly enough of Anna Henschen. Both times she has gone above and beyond to find the car I want. Curtis was also incredibly kind and helpful in the buying process. We will continue to use Roberts for all of our auto needs.

Best dealership I have dealt with

I have bought all my vehicles from Roberts, never bought anywhere else, the staff always takes great care of me. They truly are the best around! They are always willing to go the extra step for me anytime I need it. I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle needs.

A great experience!

Over my many years of car buying I have dealt with a lot of different car dealers, some good, some not so good. My experience buying at Roberts was the best car buying experience I have ever had! All the staff that I encountered treated me like family. From the moment I stepped into the store, I could tell it was the right place to buy. Since my purchase, I have been back many times for service and the service staff takes just as good care of me as the sales staff. If you are in the market for a vehicle, or need one serviced, I recommend going to Roberts, they will take great care of you!

Verbal Abuse

Ladies, the car sales manager, Brett, is verbally abuse and I implore you to not be in a room alone with him. After yelling at me, throwing paperwork and file folder I was so traumatized I am filing charges with Madison County on Monday. After years of business with this dealership I will never return.

Review of recent service

Hello, just had our F-150 in for some minor replacement parts and repairs. We had to be at the local community college for a concert and we're driven to the program by a young man Hunter. The concert was great and we went outside to look for the ride back to the Ford dealership. I then realized that the driver who was going to pick us up was not Hunter and would not know where we were. I had turned off my phone while the concert was playing and ended up missing his call. Well, Johnny Mac, our driver had left early and tracked us down very quickly. I apologized for the lack of directions. Anyway, Johnny Mac was very courteous and it was fun to talk with him on the way back. The morale of the story was that Roberts Ford has people that do their jobs very well and it was and is a pleasure to do business with them. The facilities are fine but the people are why we keep coming back. Ray and Jeanie Thompson. P. S. Our truck was repaired quickly and to our great satisfaction.
