TERRIBLE!!! Steer clear of this place. Horrible job and took forever. I would never recommend them.

Fraud

Called the service department to schedule repairs for the recalls on my vehicle. The service advisor informed me the repairs were already completed by them in 2015. I then called the Chrysler recall team 800 number and they confirmed via VIN number the repairs were not completed to my vehicle. The Chrysler recall team then 3 way called the service advisor I spoke with and his story had changed. The service advisor scheduled the repairs immediately. When I received my vehicle after the repairs to the recall were completed I found my transfer case was leaking from the seal. The seal was damaged do to the recall. I took pictures then called the service department and explained the issue. The service advisor said they will have my vehicle towed back to dealer and look into it. They confirmed seal was bad and also transfer case was cracked. Because the service technician failed to inspect the transfer case during repairs for the recall the service advisor claimed the damage was not caused by the recall and they are not covering the repairs. I was charged for the replacement of the seal and the towing bill. When I received my vehicle the second time I found the seal was not replaced. In fact it was more damaged in their attempt to remove the seal. Dealer has not attempted to correct these issues. I'm now left with incomplete repairs for the recall and paid for labor/ parts to repair the seal that is more damaged than before and a towing bill at their request.

Worth the drive.... we looked all around Virginia for a...

Worth the drive.... we looked all around Virginia for a good deal on a new RAM 1500. Channing was our first point of contact at Marlow Motors in Front Royal. Friendly, professional, communicative and not pushy! We got a great offer and made the ride from Virginia Beach. Dustin then helped by showing us the truck and finalizing the deal. Everyone there was personable and professional. One of the most positive experiences we've ever had when buying a car! We would buy from Marlow Motors again, and can recommend them to anyone considering a new vehicle.

I had the pleasure of dealing With Sara. She was amazing....

I had the pleasure of dealing With Sara. She was amazing. I brought in one of my work vehicles and asked that it be done asap so it could be back out on the job where it is greatly needed. Sara made it happen. She corresponded with me through the whole process with status reports and costs up front. It was the best experience with a dealership I've ever had. I will be bringing my other dodge vehicles to Marlow motors.
