Like the service, but the sales calls need to stop

Took my car in for the 60,000 miles scheduled maintenance. While waiting for the work to be performed, there are sales department called me asking to buy my used car and exchange to buy a new car. I have told this dealership on MANY occasions to stop these types of calls to me, yet they still continue.

Hi Patrick, Thank you for coming to our service department. You chose to come here and that really does mean a lot to us. We want to be able to continue providing excellent service to you whenever you need that for your vehicle. I am very sorry, however, that you were disturbed by some sales calls that were a great annoyance to you. I can understand your frustration completely. Those sales calls come from a BDC (Business Development Center) off-site that inquires to see if anyone has an interest in trading in their vehicle for something else. They are calls NOT made by our sales staff here at the dealership. I do apologize that this BDC has not followed your requests to stop. Since I only have your first name, could you please let me know what your last name is and phone number so I can be sure your contact information is removed from these annoying BDC calls? They most likely never passed along your requests to anyone at our store, so I would like to be sure to delete that information if you could reach out to me. I look forward to hearing from you. Nissan at woodmen is wonderful

This was probably the most fun experience I ever had buying a car and the dealer as well as the finance person and everyone there treated us with respect but also we had a lot of fun

Angry as can be

I am as angry as one can be. Love the looks of the car , bought it and now hate it. Driving this car has been horrible and almost caused two accidents. The pedal next to gas pedal is so close that I have used either one at the wrong time. I hate this car and wanted to return it. To many problems for me. This was my second car I bought from your dealership and have nothing but regrets. I am 75 yrs old and should have never traded my Mercedes Benz I bought from you as well, for a car that is beyond any expectations and hate it. As per staff, I was not allowed to return it only two days after the purchase. I feel used. Essentially talked into the purchase the very same day without time to think about it. Next to no instruction of use. Had to come back twice to get things fixed like a twisted seatbelt that cut into me. Got home and could not turn of the engine because I did not know how to remove the key. Should I continue? Need another appt to have other things fix, although minor. Looking for a way to return this car and get my old trusted car back. This was all a horse trade

My car needed several repairs, few parts ordered, excellent job done. A bit pricey however everything is. Great communication with dealership. Definitely go back if needed!

Service Department is excellent!

I have been going here for 9 years. My vehicle stays in excellent shape. I never have any issues while on the road and have never had to return to the service department after being serviced. Love the on line appointment system and the express service. The shuttle is an added bonus!!
