Best experience I've had multiple times here compared to others I've gone to in California and another in Colorado. Definitely recommend stopping by this dealership. Staff employees are always so awesome no complaints here.

Key Fob

Had to get a new key fob. It was quick and easy was in and out in less then an hour with a car wash also.

Wooden Nissan Customer Service is Terrible

Don?t trust the finance guy. They will try and get you to but an extended warranty and then double charge you for it! Still trying to get my money back a month later.

Great place, great people!

We were looking for a car for our kid that is heading off to college. Our experiences with dealerships had not been very positive up to that point. There are not a lot of vehicles out there, the dealers know it and so they know it is a seller's market and they act like it. Well that is except for Woodmen Nissan. We had called them up telling them we were looking for a Versa. They said they would call us back and let us know what they could do. The sales manager called us back in only a few minutes telling us they didn't have that but that they had a vehicle he thinks we would like, the Nissan Kick. So we drove over to take a look. When we got there, the vehicle was waiting for us to take a look at and drive. We had ZERO waiting like every other dealership we had been to. Kid loved the vehicle and we decided to take it. The whole time we were treated not only like they cared about our business but about us. Sure they wanted to sell us something but they wanted us to be happy and didn't want to sell us stuff we didn't want or that we didn't want to be happy with. Great staff, great customer service and a place I would recommend checking out of you are looking for a vehicle.

Look Ma, I bought a car.

I wasn't really looking for a newer used car. Then I saw a 2009 Maxima with super low miles and asked Treyvon about it. He said it was literally traded in the hour before and had not even been detailed yet. This thing was immaculate with over 45 service records. I showed the wife and she fell in LOVE. Needless to say, I now own a 2009 Maxima. I love this car. TreVon in sales was Amazing and patiently explained the cars features. Jamon in Finance was a pro and got us the best deal through ENT FCU here in Colorado Springs. He compared 9 different banks and got us the best rate available. Jesse the Manager gave us a MORE than fair trade in on our 2008 Honda Civic. Overall, I rate them 5*s . I will but from then again when my GMC gets older or i get too old to climb up in it.

Stay AWAY

The story is way to long to write it on here. Markup is crazy and they are not honest people men they act like all buddy buddy but it reality they are in the business on selling cars and they don’t care about people at all. Hopefully My pathfinder can get fix and I’ll take my business somewhere else this people suck you have a better chance in Denver because woodmen and south Colorado Springs are horrible.

Hello Christian, We are very sorry to hear you are not happy with the recent purchase of a new Pathfinder in January or your attempt to purchase a new Altima this week after the Pathfinder got into an accident. Our staff has been very upfront with you from the beginning. There are details missing from this review that shed more light on the subject. When you purchased the Pathfinder, you already had negative equity that was rolled into the purchase of the Pathfinder from your trade-in vehicle. When trying to get an Altima (instead of the Pathfinder) so soon after the Pathfinder purchase, you only wanted us to try one bank for your financing. This restricted us from possibly finding another option for you that would have worked in your favor. Our hands were tied with how we could help you. Your bank wouldn’t allow the loan for the amount you wanted, and that meant you would need to have a down payment to make this purchase happen. There is more to this story that our staff tried to explain to you. We are sorry you feel we don’t care when that isn’t the case at all. We want to help, but our staff has been limited on what it can do for you under the circumstances. We wish there was more we could do for you, but our staff has already explained to you why we can’t get the new loan for you at the amount you want. Our staff has gone over these details with you. If you wish to discuss this situation again, we can do so. We do want to help. It is quite unfortunate that you feel that isn’t the case.
