Amazing experience from start to finish!

Amazing experience from start to finish!! Nicki from online was stellar! Patient, knowledgeable and stayed in constant communication. Finance was a breeze and they went above and beyond. Had my perfect Rubicon X 4XE delivered to my house and Gaven was beyond awesome! Walked me through everything and quick paperwork explanation and signatures. Top notch service we rarely see today, I so grateful thank you!!

Above and Beyond Service!

Above and Beyond Service!!!! I recently did business with the Faricy boys. I had a jeep break down and didn't know what I was going to do because I still owed on my car. I went to the dealership and met Austin. He was great. He listened to my situation and my needs. He not only found me a newer used car that was really nice but I even got some in trade for pretty much a junk car. No other dealership was able to find me anything close to the deal he got me. I couldn't thank him enough and Faricy for what they did for me. I would definitely recommend them.

Above and Beyond Service!!!! I recently did business with the Faricy boys. I had a jeep break down and didn't know what I was going to do because I still owed on my car. Faricy Boys has gone above and beyond for me.

Faricy Boys has gone above and beyond for me. After buying a lemon at a different dealership, Faricy looked far and wide for a replacement and facilitated the trade, allowing a 3-day test drive so I felt comfortable. Even before the trade was facilitated, they were the ONLY dealership who took the lemon's issues seriously, continued to look into it, and advocated for me. Thank you Faricy!

The dealership was very honest and up front about pricing

The dealership was very honest and up front about pricing and costs. No hidden fees, no hassle. They were very personable and also prompt in answering all of my questions. I was lucky to find this dealership through Cars.com and realized that buying out of state was actually well worth it!

All around excellent experience.

All around excellent experience. No hassle arranging a test drive, no pressure to decide right away. The dealer went beyond detailing to prepare the car for sale and provided a full Carfax report to prove it. The sale price was posted and fair. Our salesman was friendly and helpful, the rest of the staff were equally good to work with. Highly recommend.

Waited a month for an appointment to have some work done

Waited a month for an appointment to have some work done on one of our Jeeps. Went to drop off the car and were told that the techs called in sick and they cancelled our appointment. We were NOT contacted before hand and were placed at the back of the line with an appt more than another month away. We understand that things happen but this is unacceptable. If an airline canceled your flight and and said sorry like this, they would pay hefty fines. We have have 3 Jeeps, 1 Dodge, and an Xterra. The products from Stellantis are poorly engineered, poorly made, and the service after the sale is non-existent. Looking to replace the Xterra but after this we will not consider ANY Stellantis products. BUYER BEWARE.

Spoke with Steve Kane this morning. He was very professional and apologetic. He was able to reschedule the appointment to next week. I raised my review to 3 stars and will revisit the review after the work is completed.

Wow, you would think that when a company drops the ball that costs the customer money, they would be extra diligent when trying to correct the error. Not the case here. Spoke to the Service Manager, Steve Kane, and he stated that because they screwed up, they would come pick up the car on Wednesday so that we would NOT need to take additional time off work AGAIN, to bring the car in. No one showed up to pick up the car and we called to find out when it would happen. Speaking with the scheduler, she could find NOTHING on the schedule and knew nothing about picking up the car. When asked to speak with the MANAGER - STEVE KANE, he was unavailable. I have re-edited my review back to what it was originally, but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I could give. The incompetence is not limited to the rank and file, it goes all the way to the top. Too bad the owners are not paying attention. I'm sure I'll get another canned response to contact the manager. I retract my statement that the Manager - Steve Kane was professional and apologetic. Insincere and gaslighting is more appropriate. Customer service is non existent at Faricy Boys Jeep in Colorado Springs. We have 3 Jeeps in the family and regret the purchase because of this event. Buyer beware

We were contacted by Steve Kane the service manager, and he accepted responsibility for dropping the ball and immediately made arrangements to service the vehicle. The car was serviced and is functioning normally. We are satisfied with Steve's response and the end result, although getting there was problematic. I will edit my review to reflect our satisfaction

Joe Spurlock was fantastic!

Joe Spurlock was fantastic!. Best auto buying experience I have ever had. Joe was waiting for us at the front desk. Had all the paperwork ready and explained everything in detail. No surprises. Joe kept in touch after the sale to ensure we were still pleased with our purchase. He definitely went above and beyond. Adam Rieskamp Did a great job explaining all finance and service plan options. No pressure just facts. You wont go wrong using these two Gents for your next vehicle purchase.
