Once you arrive the service was good.

Once you arrive the service was good. Getting an appointment was impossible. 3rd party scheduling company was beyond awful.

Deducted a star because contacting the service department

Deducted a star because contacting the service department was difficult. Left messages (over a one week period) and no return call. Walked in and made appointment for recall on our Edge. Car was done in a timely manner and they even returned the car to us at our home.

Be very careful buying from this dealership.

Be very careful buying from this dealership. We drove three hours to purchase a car and was basically lied to about hidden fees. Even though the car was still under manufacturer warranty there was a mandatory 1,500 Warranty required by the owner of the dealership. There was also a 900 processing fee. We were told prior to driving there, and once we sat down with the salesman, that the price of the car could be reduced the amount of the required warranty because we lived in another state and couldn't use most of the warranty coverage. When I called and spoke to the manager he could care less about his salesman lying to us.
