Upfront Spoiler Alert!!! Bottom line, our experience was fantastic! We saw a car on the BMW lot that we were interested in test driving several days earlier. We drove it and it was ok. Our sales agent, Brett, picked up on the mixed reactions that my wife and I had, so he suggested that we try the X5. We had never considered BMW, but since we were there, why not! WOW! What an eye opener! We test drove several models, but always kept coming back to the X5. It was too late………we had fallen in love! We worked out a deal that was perfect for us. My wife and I always felt that we were in control of the pricing, color choices, and the other bells and whistles that we wanted. Brett was there just to answer our questions and provide other helpful information that we needed. BINGO!!! It was a done deal within 4 hours! If you are car shopping and not sure what exactly you want…….go to BMW of Columbia! If you don’t have a “car guy”………ask for Brett Cloon! He was as easy going and non-pressuring as could be! I am a first time owner of BMW and Brett made my husband very comfortable throughout our entire experience. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with everything and if he didn’t know the answer to our questions, he made sure he would find out. We really appreciated his knowledge, patience and simply being very personable! I would definitely recommend his services to any friends and or family. It is very hard to find good customer service these days and Brett was simply outstanding. I secretly think that Brett is the G.O.A.T. when it comes to customer service! But he is too humble to openly admit it! You gotta come and check him out!!!
