To start I am the worst kind of car buyer.

To start I am the worst kind of car buyer. I know exactly what I want(and I’m picky) and how much I’m willing to pay for it. Rodrigo was amazing from the word go. He listened and understood what I was looking for, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. Just all around great while looking at trucks, even took the time and showed me all the features they have now in a brand new truck that I’ve never even heard of. Once inside to look online at the entire inventory he checked on one they had just got on the lot. And lo and behold it was everything I was looking for to a T. I was ready to talk price and sign the papers right then. The unfortunate part is while working with Rodrigo was awesome and a great experience. Once I was negotiating with the sales manager we couldn’t come to an agreement. Difference of opinions between us ruined the deal. Bright side. Because of the way Rodrigo listened and treated me. I came back the next day and was able to sit down with him and the sales manager from the dealer next door(they share inventory) and purchase the newest and nicest truck I’ve owned. I can’t sing Rodrigo’s praises enough through this entire process. For only being there a short time he’s taken to it fast and makes sure he does the best he can. Thanks again Rodrigo!!

I saw many good reviews but I can't give the same.

I saw many good reviews but I can't give the same. I had bad experience buying a 2006 Ford F150 with 8 month only show up problems at transmission, the warranty that I buy didn't help took almost 3 months for the car get ready and after that show up problems still. So we decided negotiate a trade, for the suppose new deal, the salesman added $1k to retail price car, took so long to give me buyers order when I realized something was wrong.

Took this car in for the brake hose recall.after taking the escape in for motor replacement than was out of warranty. John did good job on both cars.Kept me informed about what wad going on.

They are always looking out for when your parts will be

They are always looking out for when your parts will be delivered and they dont forget a customer's needs. Laurel is very knowledgeable about her job and Front Royal Ford gets your vehicle in and get the repairs done.
