Service Department Means Service
Big shout out to Brandon in Service My 2019 Ford Transit cargo van had trouble starting in the morning and after receiving roadside service, I drove it to Airport Ford for a possible diagnostic Service department was extra busy for a Monday and I had no appointment, but Brandon went above and beyond to take time and conduct a battery diagnostic to determine if a new battery was in order. He didn't have to, as I was a walk in Customer with no appointment, but his willingness to help, while obviously juggling many other things at the time was greatly appreciated! 5 stars for Customer Service

I bought a year old truck that looked real good on the outside. But once I had a chance to look under it I couldn't believe my eyes. Looked like it went through a meat grinder. The frame is all hacked up with jagged edges. So check under them real good before you buy.

Avoid at all cost
If there was a time to use the word deplorable it would be in reference to Airport Ford. The facade is that they are trying to come off as a quality, customer focused family owned business. The reality is just another business that is only concerned about the bottom dollar and will try to squeeze every cent out of the customer it can without remorse, or recourse to remedy the situation. That being said I was sold an inferior product that supposedly was inspected inside and out and was said to be in great condition both physically and mechanically. I went to Airport Ford to buy a used Ford truck because I figured they would sell a quality product and stand behind it being a Ford dealer. The F-150 I looked at was clean on the outside and I took a quick look underneath, no oil leaks or anything. I negotiated the price over email even before seeing it as they had it listed over KBB value right off the bat. After questioning the salesman about physical condition of frame and body, he assured me it was fully inspected and came with a 3 month warranty. After paying about $20,000 for said vehicle with added extended warranty, one week after I decided to run some front and rear cameras. Once under the vehicle the rocker panels were rusted to the point of disintegration, and on the outside of the vehicle I started pushing on one of the cab corners and my finger went right through the paint and metal. When contacted they said bring it in and the body technician verified the rockers and cab corners were completely shot and affected the structural integrity but he couldn't make the call to replace only the Used Car Mgr. Jim. He also stated no one could miss that damage if inspected. This was on a Friday. Fast forward to Monday when Jim the Used Car Mgr. was in. He essentially told me it was my problem the warranty doesn't cover rust(or as the body tech said - structural damage) "what do you want me to do, it's like you want a new truck?" NO, what I wanted was a vehicle that I paid good hard earned money with, in the shape I was told it was in and "had been inspected" - 1. they could fix it (they have a bodyshop!), 2. money back toward the repair elsewhere, 3. full return of this vehicle. He flat out said no to all and said he would give me trade credit, ha, so essentially he was upselling me now...disgraceful that a business has no integrity when they know they are in the wrong. It is straight up borderline fraud. Now I'm left with a $2500 repair that I didn't have the money for and no reparation in terms of the money I paid for the vehicle or for the repair. So the salesman gets his commission and the dealer makes money and myself the consumer screwed over, thanks! Moral of the story if you are buying new and able to beat out a decent price you may be ok. If you are looking at USED DO NOT GO TO AIRPORT FORD! Worst experience of my life, I feel like I was just robbed at gunpoint then beat on the ground after the fact. *If the "Owner" decides to respond I have already contacted your dealership directly and was treated like a second rate citizen.
