If I could leave zero stars I would.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Took my 2020 Fusion in for the known cracked flex plate issue on January 18th. The first time they called me the gentleman tried to sell me on putting a new transmission in it at a cost to me of over $6000. When I told him that I knew it was just a cracked flex plate and it was a known issue with them he said well we always advise everyone to change the trans so it there are issues later. They give no communication, we called on several occasions and the person we talked to would say it hadn’t even been looked at then the manager would say well we are just waiting to get it in the shop. They had all the necessary parts to complete the repair just kept saying they couldn’t get it in. Why make appointments if you can’t service the cars. Fast forward to when I went to pick it up 35 days later, I went in to get it I stood at the counter for 5 minutes in front of someone only for him to say go to him if you need help very rudely. This place has horrible customer service if you need you car quickly or need a car stay away. They wouldn’t even listen to ford when they asked them to put in for a rental. Terrible experience!!!
