Mark porter ford

Service was good, one of the salesmen helped me find the OSU game on tv. I went on a Saturday to get my truck serviced, since they are closed throughout the week before I could get an appointment.

Old Betsy Still Going

When I get almost any type of repair done on my2003 model it amounts to more than the trade in value of the car - $240. Yet it serves a utility function as spares miles that I would otherwise be putting on other vehicles. At last service the Mark Porter garage staff did an oil change and three other repairs consistent with an aging vehicle. The work was professionally done in a timely fashion. Old Betsy looks to be good to go a while longer.

Deceptive Business Practices

I've visited over 25 dealerships in my life, to buy new and used vehicles, however, this is the first time that I have been disappointed to the extent that I felt compelled to write a review. I traveled two hours to Mark Porter Ford to look at a $44,000 used Ford vehicle which was described as in "Immaculate Condition". Upon finding the vehicle parked just inside the lot entrance, we immediately noticed a 12" crease across the passenger door. We asked a salesman if we were looking at the same vehicle, which I had called and inquired about. He confirmed it was the correct one. He then provided a lame excuse for the "Immaculate Condition" listing, stating the description was probably just a template someone used. The interior cleanliness of the vehicle was completely unacceptable. There was a strong smoke odor and ash lined every crevice of the console and leather front seats. The windshield had such a significant film on the inside that it appeared fogged. I was willing to accept that this dealership was simply having an "off" day when I visited, however, the dealership appears to have completely ignored what occurred. Two weeks have now passed and I noticed the vehicle remains listed in " Immaculate Condition " and still has the damage to the door. The Jackson, Ohio, Mark Porter GM was made aware of the damage, filthy interior and deceptive online description before we left the dealership. Bottom line, this dealership proved they are not trustwirthy and do not deserve my business.

Great Kob

I first went to the Mark Porter dealership near Pomeroy, OH and test drove the Jeep Compass. Then continued my search for other types of vehicles around the area. I went as far as Cincinnati. Then back to Mark Porter Ford in Jackson . Everyone treated me like a friend or family member. I ended my search with a 2020 Ford Escape. Thanks to everyone that helped me. GREAT JOB
