Our experience with Volvo Cars Annapolis was exceptionally good. We ordered a new V60 Cross Country and the sales manager and sales representative stayed in touch with us and answered our questions throughout. Delivery was very smooth, with financing (at great rates) settled in advance of our appointment and all other paperwork handled quickly and professionally. The product specialist took a lot of time to go over this car's many technology features with us so we felt comfortable with it before leaving the dealership. On top of that, the V60 is beautiful and was delivered in spotless condition. We visited multiple dealerships during our search, including another Volvo dealer, and are very pleased we went with Volvo and Volvo Cars Annapolis.
