This is my favorite Subaru sales team in the area. Nobody is pushy. Everybody is helpful and knowledgeable. They make the purchase process quick and easy. Bought two vehicles here.

Was a mess.

Was a mess. Salesman called in sick on day of my appointment. Everyone acted like they had never dealt with that kind of situation. I don’t know. They all rip us off anyway when buying a car. This one wasn’t to bad. Then again if you think you got a deal on a car, you didn’t.

The dealer was clean, presentable, and easy to

The dealer was clean, presentable, and easy to access/navigate. Staff were generally helpful, though the receptionist was a little inattentive. We made an appointment to see a specific vehicle and Chris was managing three or four other clients simultaneously, so it felt a little scattered. We came prepared to spend several hours there though!

The purchase process was, without doubt, the quickest,

The purchase process was, without doubt, the quickest, easiest and most satisfactory experience I've ever had with an automobile dealership. The Forester I bought was in excellent condition for a used vehicle. Dealer followup to make sure everything went well was very cordially presented, and one minor issue was quickly rectified. Five stars all the way for the sales department.

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable.

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The treated me with respect and were very helpful in making sure the car was right fir me. No pressure at any time.

This is my third purchase, personally, with Annapolis

This is my third purchase, personally, with Annapolis Subaru and it was easily the best experience I've had. I corresponded via email with Christina and she was just lovely. She quickly located a vehicle for me. We hammered out the preliminary details, again, through email and then I came in to place a deposit to hold the car which was in transit. She called me a few days later to let me know it had arrived. I came to the dealership right away (~4:45). I forgot that I had to another appointment at 6:30. Christina was understanding and worked efficiently to get me through the process. Once I got to the finance department I met Marissa who also couldn't have been lovelier. So pleasant and personable - we got through those steps very efficiently as well. The onsite car buying process took ~1.5 hrs. I can't thank them enough for their expertise and efficiency. So happy with the whole process - AND I love the car (2025 Outback Touring XT). Also a strong shout out to the Detailing Department that worked quickly to prepare the car after it was delivered to them. TEAM Effort!

Wow!

Wow! I was impressed! I switched to Annapolis Subaru a couple routine service trips ago, as I found the car-purchase-dealership in Glen Burnie okay but not great. Annapolis Subaru is easy to make appointments, both online and via phone, and their service has a quick turnaround. When my mom's Forester's A/C quit working, it was sort of an emergency, as she is 94, and she relies on her children to ferry her around to many appointments per week. She has severe health challenges, and the Subaru is the best car for ease of access and egress for her. I commend Paul and the entire service team for their very quick turnaround in replacing the A/C condenser and getting the A/C up and running shortly after I approved the cost of the work. My brother was able to chauffeur my mom to her medical appointment that same afternoon in her beloved Subaru! Thank you, Paul and Team Annapolis Subaru! R.
