The knowledge and kindness of Susan was amazing! She is the main reason we bought a Subaru. Unfortunately we waited almost 3 hours on the day of car purchase to actually purchase the car with deterred the excitement of the car buying experience. Although I know there are a lot of moving parts when selling and buying a car.

I had a great experience dealing with Susan very professional.Although, I was rather disappointed when I took a test drive and found there was no backup camera do to the fact that it did not have the original Subaru radio.I spoke with Susan about putting in the original radio that came with the car. No response as of yet.I'm sure she is working on doing so.Thank U Doug Lowman.Will I get a response from this review?

I was accepted as a serious buyer when I walked in. My salesperson and the other employees did their best to help me find the car I most preferred. Stress the "I". It was a Goldilocks process which took some time, but they stayed in the game and I am now driving an Annapolis Subaru.
