It was very easy shopping for our new Ford Ranger!

Don’t do it! Cost you a lot to fix it.
Bought my daughters first vehicle there. A day after purchasing it the car was having issues with starting and the brakes need replaced. Informed the salesman he reached out to a manager but because the car was used and as is they won’t do a thing. They are willing to look at it and charge us for anything and everything. I know it’s use and my daughter loves it but not even a week and we are having issues getting it started. They don’t care and for a business out there in the middle of nowhere, you would think they would help. Plus being owned by the same people who own Beechmont ford your think they care. Nope just about the sale and nothing more. Don’t go there for a used car over five years old. even if they can get you approved when other can’t it’s not worth what you will pay out within a week. Plus her A/C keeps working on and off. I personally bought a used car at a larger dealership for myself and they took care of me even though it was as is. The other dealership put new brakes on my car and a month later I had battery issues and the dealership actually replaced it. So why can’t these people help out. For original equipment they can get the brakes for under 30 for her car and a battery for almost half the cost as the public. So???? The AC need one of two parts that would cost them $10-30 each. For one the brakes should have been changed because it’s what stops the car and is a safety thing when you sale a car. How do I know the prices, friend in the parts business.

2019 Fusion Hybrid Purchase
Fox Review I purchased my new to me 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Mt. Orab Ford in the early part of June 2022. I?ve waited to complete this review bc when I purchased the car I was only given one key. My salesman told me don?t worry that they would find the second key and if they couldn?t the dealer would pay for a second key for me. The buying process was easy and hassle free and my salesman told me he would be in touch with me frequently to see how I liked the car and to update me on the key. The first week I was contacted by my salesman and he asked me how I liked the car. I told him I loved it but when I asked about the key he said he needed to light a fire under the but of the boss man, but he would find out and let me know. A week passed and I didn?t hear anything so I called and asked him, he gave me the same response that he needed to light a fire under the but of the boss man and would get back to me. Fast forward two more weeks and I still had not received any updates so I called him again and once again received the same answer. Another week goes by and I called again and was told by my salesman that they can?t find the second key and that he doesn?t think there was one to begin with, then he told me the big boss isn?t going for the idea of them buying a new key for me and that the big boss isn?t someone you want to continually bother. He said that I might have to buy a key if I need one, which is not what I was told at the time of purchase. He told me we might be able to get it purchased for you at cost. I asked how much that would cost and he said he wasn?t sure that he would check and let me know as soon as the parts guys came back from lunch. That was two weeks ago and once again I haven?t heard anything. While the buying process was easy and hassle free it seems like once you drive off the lot you no longer matter, if there wasn?t a second key or if the dealer won?t buy a second one for me I should not have been led on and been made to believe they would. This type of customer service does not match the dealers mission statement of ?All dealership personnel will treat every customer as a potential lifetime purchaser, communicating a professional image that embraces honesty and concern for customer wants and needs.? I?m rating my experience as 1 star, while I absolutely love my fusion. The lack of communication and customer service after the purchase has been terribly frustrating.
