I recently purchased a Ram 2500 from Danny the Deal

I recently purchased a Ram 2500 from Danny the Deal Doctor, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I recently purchased a Ram 2500 from Danny the Deal Doctor, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I really wanted to gives this place a great review, but

I really wanted to gives this place a great review, but after I got my car I can't do that. The beginning was great. I was interested in buying a car from 90 plus miles away from the dealer. I talk to the sales associate Alex through text and asked him to send me pics of the vehicle and asked if there were any issues such as parts that don't work or any major scratches or dents. Alex was kind and very accommodating. I was told there were no issues. The car was a decent price and had low mileage so I decided to buy the car. They told me I could have it delivered. 2 gentlemen delivered the car and we're incredibly nice so I tipped them fir being so great. After they left, I was looking at the car and came upon a deep dent in the passenger side of the car. I was not told about this dent before purchase. Then I drove the car. The tailgate of my 2021 Kia Stinger was rattling very badly even on relatively smooth roads. I wasn't told about that before purchase. I was unhappy with both of these issues. Then on a nice day I decided to put all the windows down in my Stinger. The back drivers side window would not go down. I was not told about that before purchase. Then I went to a notary to title my car and the check that the dealer sent to cover the expenses of titling my car was for the wrong amount and made out to a place in Kentucky. I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After all of this I decided to reach out Herrnstein and ask to get all of these issues resolved. They dud cut a new check and made it out to the correct people for the correct amount. That was good. For the window, they said that I should just take it to my local dealership and get it repaired there because the warranty should cover it. The warranty does not cover it. They made no reference to my complaints about the dent and tailgate rattle that I mentioned. I contacted them 2 more times about all 3 remaining issues and have not heard anything back. Thus is really sad. Herrnstein seemed so great at the beginning and now I feel I've been taken advantage. I just want to issues resolved. I'm not asking for anything crazy. I'm so disappointed. I gave them 2 stars because the 2 guys that delivered the car were great or else I would have only given one star. I really wanted to enjoy this experience and I really haven't. Very sad.

JR at herrnsteins made my purchase so easy. I was told by several people to go up there and I would be happy I did. I told him what was in my budget and he worked quickly to get me on the road and made sure before I pulled out the lot to know how to use the vehicle. I'm highly satisfied with them and recommend seeing JR (Larry) for your needs!

Great experience

Cody Penn went about and beyond my expectations. Got me a better car then the one I was looking at and below the payment I wanted. Did everything over text then drove an hour to the dealership signed papers and left. Only took about 30 minutes at dealership. Great place to purchase from. We love our Jeep Renegade.

First Timer

This was my first time buying a car and I have to say these guys handled everything with ease. Danny handled all of the leg work and I felt like I did nothing. He got me the best rate and payment. Being a woman we always worry if we’ll be taken advantage of in the car market, you will never feel this way here!! I will continue to visit this Waverly Ohio location.

Excellent Service

Mike Sparks is a great sales rep. He was knowledgeable, helpful but not pushy. We bought our son his first car today and Mike made it all go smoothly. We will be back soon for moms new ride!

Always did what they said they would

My son purchased a vehicle from this dealer and shortly after (with- in hours of) his purchases started having issues. This dealer offered to make it right or give him his money back. This company followed throw with their words and did as they said they would. We personally found this company to be a great group of people and a very reputable dealer. Looking forward to working with them in the future!

Chillicothe

We first went to the Waverly store which didn't have Anything of interest to us so we was sent to the chillicothe store which had a better variety to choose from. The employees in Chillicothe are very knowledgeable when it comes to the whole car buying process. Our experience there was a great one. The only part that was horrible was the wait although, that's how it is when you buy a car. We give these guys an A+.
