He was so personable, and he absolutely goes against the grain when thinking about your typical car salesman. Still a month later, I get so excited every time I get in my car. Brought my new Murano in for its first oil change. Our salesman Jim Vermatt was wonderful and we hoped the service department would mirror his honestly and helpfulness and it was! Comfortable waiting area and they let you know every step of the way on how long it was going to be etc. Hope I don't have to take my car for anything but scheduled service, but this first visit made me less anxious being a women and knowing I will be treated with respect when there.
