KEPT ME UP TO DATE ON WHAT THEY WERE DOING WITH MY CAR AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE. I HAD TO BE HOME BY A CERTAIN TIME AND EXPLAINED THAT TO THEM AND THEY HAD ME OUT WHEN I NEEDED TO LEAVE.

Parsons Kia in Winchester, VA - The Best!
All the Sales Staff and Customer Service employees were very courteous, professional and customer oriented at all times. I sensed that they listened to my needs and were very interested in the things that I wanted in a vehicle. There was not high pressure sales here. The Kia products sales themselves; but the staff made everything else so much easier.

Service with integrity
Always on time. Always quick. Never come back in to the waiting area with a list of additional items that need to be done (unless of course there actually is something of concern). I trust Parsons to take care of my car as if it was their own.

I arrived an hour and a half before my appointment time (prior appt. finished early) and asked if they could fit me in. Always friendly, knowledgeable staff said sure, no problem. In and out in probably a half an hour...they even fixed a recall item that I wasn't even aware of! Gil said Hi...Parsons Kia is great! We love them!

Literally going the extra mile for their customers
