Recall, and also had a tire pressure sensor issue

Great service, took care of the recall, and replaced bad tire pressure sensor rotated tires and calibrated sensors.

A Customer Service!

Rhonda Smith-Carnes is "Customer Service"! A very personable and caring person.....makes you feel like family. (She even sent me birthday wishes months later.) Small gestures as such are important and will keep Rhonda in our minds for future purchases we may make. Kerns Motor even held the hard to find used "Yukon" for us as we drove the 3 hour trip, where other dealers wanted a non-refundable deposit. There was absolutely no sales pressure to purchase, which is pretty rare where I come from. We would highly recommend Rhonda and Kerns Motor (Winchester) to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Stress-free buying experience

I was looking to buy a 2021 Yukon Denali but the supply is very limited. Doing an extended search, I found a red one with the Ultimate package, just like I wanted. I reached out to see about purchasing and Brian Rathman was super helpful with the entire process. Zero pressure/pitches and gave me any and all details I wanted, extra pics, etc. They agreed to buy my minivan at the rate I had secured elsewhere after just a few pics on my end. Instead of me having to make the 8-hour roundtrip, they delivered to me for less than I was expecting to pay. BEST EVER

I do not know how to give Kern Motors enough praises for everything they did for me, and I don’t feel that thank you is enough but, THNAK YOU. Especially to my salesperson that I will forever be thankful for, Ronda Smith-Carnes. You are Wonderful!!! I had to file bankruptcy and after my discharge, I was trying to decide if I wanted to keep the vehicle I have or find a new one. I was looking all over in a 300 mile radius for a Chevy Tahoe with the options I was looking for, knowing and expecting to have a VERY high interest rate and HIGH payment. I put in for just about every dealership I could find and had my credit pull over 40 times. I already knew my credit score was shot and was expecting the worse but right before I was about to give up, I tried 1 last time with Kern Motors. At this point, I gave up but submitted an online credit app for a 2016 Chevy Tahoe on Monday 09/07/2020 but they were closed for the holiday and that also gave me a good feeling knowing the company cares about their people to give them Labor day off. Even though they were closed, I received a call from a sale person, Ronda and explained everything to her and she said will work hard for me to get me in the Tahoe. The next morning, I received a call from Ronda and she told me I was APPROVED!!! Not only that but with a lower interest rate and a whole lot lower payment then I was expecting. They even went above that, I’m 2 hours away and one of their parts driver had to come in my town to pick up parts and they got him to stop by and pick me up and drive me there so I didn’t have to worry about trying to figure out a way there. I will forever be grateful for everything they done for me and will make sure I contact them first for any vehicle I buy or my family buys in the future.

Sales Team were Awesome!

We visited three different Dealerships and yours was the only one that we felt went above and beyond for us. You continually looked for the vehicle that we wanted. I don't know if the other Dealerships did this or not, but they tried to change our wants and wanted us to buy something on their lot. You found a vehicle that fit our wants and needs and did not try to change our mind. We will be back, Thank You
