Horrible service, car manager told me it would take longer since they had no parts or tires. Waited three days later said the parts were in. I brought the vehicle back the following week since he called on Friday . Asked for a ride back to dealership. Nick told me the boy was unavailable. I finally got a Ride back after Uber. Arrived on Thursday after waiting all week. After paying over 4000 for brakes 2 tires . When I brought the vehicle in the front right tire light was on. When I finally was able to leave the evoques back tire light was on. This was because they took the new tires and switched back the old tires to the back. Crooks get a different vehicle. The mechanics are terrible.

No Communication - No Customer Service
I took my 2018 Velar in for service. The service department has been fantastic in the past, but that certainly wasn't the case this time. I never received a phone call from the service department regarding the progress of my service visit. The car sat there for two weeks without a single call. The texted me, but the message would not open. When I called, they said they communicate by text. Service is about relationships, not hiding behind text messages. I had to call the dealership on two separate occasions while my car was at the service department. No communication from the dealership. Very disappointing. I finally went and got my car. While on the phone I asked for the service department to send me the email of the general manager via email. I have yet to receive that email. I will find another Land Rover dealership to service my car from now on. So very disappointing with the lack of customer service. I

Poor experience
Shocked to see that other people have had good experiences with this group. I have had them do everything from damaging the turbo changing out the air filter, to forgetting to fill the fluids, removing a clamp allowing coolant to spray all over the under side of the hood, ordering the wrong parts several times, forgetting to tell me the car was low on oil, not telling me they felt like there was a timing belt issue......honestly nothing but two years of issues with the service department.........shop at another dealership

Ali Clarke was awesome, down to earth, and I felt no pressure from her that I HAD to buy and I ended buying a beautiful used Nissan from her. She is great and made my car purchasing experience memorable and exciting. I’m so happy with my new car and very appreciative of her help and patience with me. The rest of the staff I had contact with were all very friendly and welcoming. Every greeted me with a smile and made me feel like a valued customer.

Very good services and professional sales staff
I like this dealer. Professional sale staff and very good after-sale services. Somewhat expensive cars, but that?s what you pay for a quality car and good services, such as free car wash, free rental car, etc.
