Great experience buying a new trailblazer with Mo and LEE. The team here was great, I don't feel like they were pushy at all. Whole process, including a longer than average test drive went smoothly. This is our 1th vehicle purchased from the Joseph Auto Group and will likely shop with them again in the future when it is time for an upgrade again.

I was there 2 hours for an oil change one visit. Went in a couple days later to have a remote start installed. I had scheduled it a couple days earlier when I was there for the oil change. They had no clue what was going on when I got there. It was a very confusing situation.

The salesman was awesome and very professional. The issue I have is the sales manager who never showed his face. I was looking at a corvette listed at $79 k. The sales manager has the salesman present me with a piece of paper that shows retail price , Joseph price and then says we're going to give it to you for the holiday price which was Easter at 79k. The car was listed at 79k on every website. Way to insult someone's intelligence. Just insulting that used car sales places are still playing these little mind games. What a joke. I feel bad for the younger salesman that has to put with that xx his boss is serving. The salesman was only working there a few months and he unfortunately learning from the wrong guy. I kindly reject the offer of full price. When pressed by the salesman, I explained that your sale manager is insulting me by playing games and in my humble opinion setting you up for failure. I honestly thought by 2026 the goofy games would be over. I have been spoiled by my previous car guy who retired after 30 plus years. I met him in 1999 and he never pulled anything like this over the 27 years. Not once. Between my adult children and I we purchased over 25 cars from him. My advice to sale personal in the car business. Just be honest and straight forward. Don't play games. It goes a long way to build a lasting relationship.

Alex was great! He was so helpful and responsive with pricing, and very patient when I picked a different car than I came in for. He was so nice and personable and I would recommend him to anyone. Best car shopping experience I’ve had. I will go back to him every time. Every staff member that we met was awesome as well. 5 stars.
