Jennifer was very professional and the credit people at Joseph went out of their way to get me a payment I could work with. I have always dealt with the great sales people at Joseph, since the 1990's. Jennifer was awesome!

The sales person was great. The process of buying the car was bad. Felt mislead through out. What I thought, I was getting doesn’t seem like I got. Things added that I declined. This did not feel good as a long time customer.

Service was excellent - no problems! They even found a repair I needed with no charge. Waiting area was clean and a person offered everyone water or a soft drink. Very impressive.

The staff was great. No problems there. My problem is the warranty that was offered to me. My 2022 Kia Telluride had too many miles on it, and didn't come with a warranty. I told them that I was willing to purchase a warranty. I was offered a warranty that no dealerships, including Joseph Chevrolet, wants to deal with. So far, I've had 2 problems that required service. Both times it was engine problems. The first time, Joseph Chevrolet did the work. The warranty covered a portion, but not all, like I thought they should have. The second time, Joseph Chevrolet shipped it out to another dealership. The warranty didn't cover any of it. Both times were engine problems that should have been covered by any engine and drive train warranty. It doesn't matter how nice and accommodating the staff is, or how happy a customer may be when they make a purchase. If the customer is pointed to a warranty that won't cover the vehicle, it sours the whole deal. It isn't as though I chose a warranty company and made them use it. They chose a warranty that they knew beforehand would be very difficult to get them to pay for any mechanical problems. It is so difficult that they would rather ship the car out to another dealer to do the repairs. The experience has made me feel taken advantage of and not trust Joseph Chevrolet.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful! We had a great experience and never felt pressured in any way. Our salesman Alex Leanch was exceptional!
