    Purchased a brand new Traverse last August and noticed in October some of the paint was flaking off the passenger front bumper. Living over an hour away... and being 5 months pregnant at the time I called and they said I can take it to any dealer to have it checked out. I was grocery shopping one day and stopped by a local dealer and had the spot looked at and was told it looks like damage that was covered up poorly. Started calling the dealer back and was told it would need to come there so they could "look" at it. They immediately started back peddling stating they didn't damage the car, wasn't told anything about the car, it was a dealer trade and on and on. My child was born in March and things had calmed enough I could finally get it to a dealer to get the place corrected last week. The Chevrolet dealer started looking into the spot to discover in fact it had suffered bumper damage and was repaired as cheaply as possible, even to the point of painting over dirt on the bumper. My husband called Joseph back to discuss this latest find only to speak with the new car manager who was a complete jerk. My husband told him they would make this right or face a lawsuit and was told by the car manager, "go ahead, GM provides us the best lawyers". Manager said that damage less than $2700 they do not have to disclose to consumers. So my problem is you half heartedly repair the vehicle to stay below $2700 and sell it ($55,000) as new when it has been wrecked. Also, if it is done "in house" they probably didn't turn it in against the VIN number so that is false advertising and fraud. The body shop manager at the Chevy dealer called and tried to speak with him and was hung up on. So....new car manager, how does GM lawyers feel about protecting against fraud. Hopefully you lose your job when this is all over with.

    A little over 2hrs,had to go home for more paper work after calling first to see what I needed,cause they left stuff out.and after everything was said... and done deal almost closed found out sales man lied about lifetime warranty had to scrap deal.waste of 2 1/2 hrs.

    Where do I start? I’ve never bought a new car before and let me tell you there is a LOT to consider when you do. The team at Joseph Chevrolet bent over... backwards to make our experience incredible. To find a company that demands of themselves to act with integrity is incredibly uplifting. I have highly recommended them to anyone who stands still long enough to listen to me. I was never for or against a particular brand of cars but I can proudly say I’m a Joseph Chevrolet fan FOR LIFE! Thank you for your honesty. Thank you for your integrity. Thank you for helping me through the process. Thank you for the time. Thank you for everything. We couldn’t love our Equinox more if we tried!!

    I am shopping for a new SUV and wasn’t sure about buying a Chevy - until i met Stuart Marsh! Stuart was so informative and knowledgeable about ALL of the... cars but he convinced me to consider the Tahoe. I’m in the process of making the purchase and came back here because Stuart wasn’t pushy at all and made this dreadful buying experience a pleasant one!

    5 stars! Mrs. Carolyn eased my concerns about the repairs I had to get. I was able to get a loaner for a couple of days. My car is fixed and running great.

    I made a 7:30 appointment because I was hoping that early it would be quick. Finally around 9:15 I got up and asked someone if it was done. After another... 10 minutes they finally gave me my paperwork. No one told me it was finished. No one checked on me. I have no idea how long it was sitting there finished or how long I would have had to sit there if I hadn't gotten up to ask someone about it. Very disappointed.

    Did purchase a Chevrolet colorado 6 month ago.been already to them service for repair under warranty 3 times.my car still not be fixe and have lack of... drivibility.they re the most dishonest people .I dont will recommend them at all.more after 30 k for a car .if you have kid dont put them in danger buying one of them car.

    beware don't buy at joseph chevrolet ..........................................................the price cars.com had on it they said was wrong I heard... bad things about joseph chevrolet but they had the truck I wanted well I found out its true well its time to share this on fb

    My fiance went to buy a used car at this dealership and while the Salesman was great, every problem since then has been horrible. A couple weeks after... we bought the car the engine light came on and the front right tire was squeaking, so we called for them to fix it and they said they were booking out two weeks and we needed to just make an appointment. I said no, that I demanded for someone to look at it the next business day that is was available so we took it on a Sunday night. Wednesday of that week comes around and I've gotten no call of what was wrong with the car. I call them, they have no idea what i'm even talking about and they have no idea where the car was even at. Finally two days later they call back saying what was wrong with the car and they didn't know if they were going to fix it because it was a used car. It was very bad communication between used cars and the service department. So, days later I get a call saying that they're going to pay for it and that the parts are on back order. They wanted us to pick up the car because it was still drive able. 2 weeks later, I have not heard anything and every time I call they act like no one even knows who I am and I have to explain the situation over and over. The parts finally come in and Joseph Chevrolet promised that they would give us a rental car during this time and they fought us over giving it to us. It has been a very bad experience with this Company, and we've bought cars from them before and it has never been this bad. It is very unorganized, and I'm hoping after they repair everything that was needed done we will no longer have to have any communication with them. Its been absolute ridiculous. I give this place a 0/10.

    Dishonest won't show you numbers just tell you're getting a great deal I'll tell you what they're selling the car 4 in the cussing would not recommend... it
