I had what I thought were scratches on my car. I took my car to a local body shop that has been in business for 40 years. He said it was a paint failure... and he would contact the dealer if he was me. He said they could call him. I called the dealer, Joseph chev. He said my warranty was over. I said I understood that, but the paint should not have failed after only 5 years. He said who did I think would pay for this. Very rude just worried about money not my problem. Did not listen to me. I called back and asked for a manager. After telling him about the paint all he said was how do I know you did not do something to the car. Same thing, did not listen, cut me off, very uncaring. This is the second new car I have bought from Joseph. It is the last one I will ever buy from there. What has happened to Josephs customer service and their cars?
Up until September 12, 2018 I would have highly recommend Joseph Chevrolet. I made an appointment to take my car in this day at 3:30pm I was told to talk... to Aaron instead Nick checked me in; he was very abrupt and insensitive definitely not empathetic to my questions are needs. My extended warranty had recently expired and I asked Nick if this was the reason his attentiveness and demeanor had changed he replied that my warranty had nothing to do with the situation. I am not so sure I have never had that experience on prior visits. They kept my car Sept 12-17 and told me there were no loaner cars available. I was devastated, humiliated, and embarrassed to call my boss and inform them that I had no means of transportation to get back and forth to work. I'm still feeling humiliated that I paid $1,527.00 for service to Joseph and allowed them to service my vehicle, without getting a loaner. It will never happen again I am searching for a new location to have my vehicle serviced :(
I always have my car serviced there and it is immaculate. The customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this place for buying and servicing... your car!!!

I recently purchased a Chevy Cruze for my daughter and Rico Graves was amazing! Great customer service and very understanding about my needs and financial... situation. Definitely not pushy and overbarring like most salesmen.
I took my vehicle in for repair. They fixed a problem and sent me home. The check engine light came back on and I took the vehicle back. They said the... real problem was a bad timing chain. The vehicle had around 55,000 miles on it and every one I talked to said that is way too early for a timing chain problem. I called GM corporate that offered me a $100 off service voucher. However Joseph Chevy would not accept it. I tried to explain that it was not a discount from them, that it was coming from GM, but they refused to honor it. The $100 would have made only a small dent in the bill but it would have at least showed me that someone cared.
I have been searching for a specific vehicle for months. Due to my work schedule, I have missed out on 6 opportunities for this car. I spoke with James... at this dealership, explained my experiences thus far, and he agreed that given the distance I must travel, and that I have my own financing, a no-haggle out the door price quote. The cars nada clean retail value was $9900. The asking price was $10,500. James got me an otd number of $10,400. He informed me that they spent $800 in service on strut mounts, tires, a fog light, turned rotors, and an alignment. This resulted in them being deep in the car and unable to hit my target of $10,000 otd. But the price was acceptable to me, despite one little hitch. The price I'd be paying is above clean retail value, and for that I expect the car to be "clean". The front bumper had plastic and paint damage across the width of it. James got a quote from their paint shop of $1100 to repair the bumper. I was willing to split the difference to have it repaired. I did not receive an answer back, but days later received a picture from James showing that the bumper had been repaired, but somehow the otd price had changed from $10,400 to $11,700, putting it beyond the amount my credit union would lend on the vehicle. Overall James was good at responding quickly, delivering detailed photos and information. I appreciate his efforts. Unfortunately the car sold before we could renegotiate the numbers. The dealership on the other hand I'm undecided about. I work for a motorcycle dealership and know that most dealers don't pay more than average trade value, so either this dealership is very generous with their trade allowances, or they refuse to accept below a certain threshold of profit. Things didn't add up for me, but that may be a unique situation. Regardless, if you choose to do business with this dealership, ask for James. He was very pleasant to speak with, understanding of my situation and needs, and was very responsive.
This is my second purchase from this dealer. The sales staff is knowledgable and low pressure. My salesperson listened carefully to my objectives and helped... me navigate the options and discounts. Final costs and discounts were carefully explained and documented.
I bought a 2014 Chevy Malibu. The staff at joesph Chevrolet did a tremendous job help me out with my car especially James Conn. I would recommend anyone... looking for a used car to go see James conn at joesph Chevrolet.

Terrible service with repairs and body work. 11 times in the shop on a car less than a year old.
