Horrible experience

Helping family look for a van and spotted a "deal" online at the dealership. Placed a query online to see if still available and salesman from the dealership called me and ensured me it was. Family immediately made an appointment to test drive per the dealership's recommendation. Drove 45 minutes with kids in tow to arrive on time only to find out the vehicle had been sold 2 weeks prior and was no longer there. Vehicle was still listed as for sale on the website and I went through the online purchase function and had another representative contact me regarding purchase of after above. Don't appear to have good grasp of what is actually in stock.

Best car buying experience EVER!!!!

I must say I was really nervous coming into a car dealership, but when I was greeted by Gary Reed he made me feel very welcomed and at home. He was very genuine and sincere and greeted me with a smile and the whole time I was with him I was at ease. I would recommend Gary Reed to all my family and friends, but more importantly I now have a car guy for life!

Best car buying experience Ever!

Me and my husband purchased a new chevy Malibu from Gary Reed at Joseph Chevrolet and was very pleased with our experience, Gary Reed really takes care of his customers.

on line experience

I have been looking for a 2002 Cadillac ETC, a certain color, and it came up at Joseph Chevrolet, I called and questioned whether it could be shipped, as I live in NY., told someone would call me, never got the call, never bought the car. I was serious, but they were not, the car is still on the web site but I am no longer interested.

Stellar service, smooth to deal with.

My experience with Joseph Chev was due to a GM recall on my car. JC provided stellar service to me from the phone call I made to set up an appt to the return of the very nice loaner car and pick up of my repaired car. Once I'm ready to purchase a new car I will consider JC first. so happy TFant

Work completed was excellent.

The work work and the parts were excellent. No complaints there. My only issue is, I brought my truck in at 11a and they didn't even look at it until 1:30p. The work was finally completed about 4:30p. I was without a vehicle this entire time. Never once was a loaner offered. I walked down the street to get lunch and came back. My suggestion would be, if you know it's going to be that long before you can assess and service someone's transportation, maybe offer them a loaner or a ride.
