I was in the market for a new car.
I was in the market for a new car. The dealership had the best customer service and prices in the entire area. Nobody there works on commission and it is veteran owned. There was no motivation to upsell the customer and I felt welcomed and comfortable the entire time.They honored pre-tariff prices and I was in and out of there with a new car in 30 minutes. In all my years, I have never experienced such a fast, efficient, honest way of doing business… Particularly in the car industry! See Moises! He’s a king!

I recently traded in my 2023 GMC Terrain Denali with less
I recently traded in my 2023 GMC Terrain Denali with less than 20,000 miles at Reed GMC. Before going in, I used Kelley Blue Book to get an estimated trade-in value of $26,000 and sent that estimate to the dealership ahead of time. When the sales team did their initial review, they offered me a trade-in value that was $3,000 less than my loan payoff. I showed the salesperson the KBB value, and he seemed confused, saying no one had reached out to me—even though he could see multiple records showing the sales team had tried to contact me. In the end, they didn’t honor the full trade-in value and left me with a $600 balance on the payoff, which they rolled into the cost of my new vehicle. A few days later, I checked their used inventory and saw my old Terrain listed for $37,000—more than $11,000 over what they gave me for it. That kind of markup is just ridiculous. For anyone looking at that vehicle, the stock number is G240741A—please don’t overpay by more than $11K for a used vehicle. This is now my third vehicle from this dealership, and unfortunately, it’ll be my last. You’d think loyalty and transparency would count for something—especially with returning customers. I do really love the new truck I purchased, but the deal could’ve been much better had the process been more upfront. That said, Roger in finance was great—super helpful and professional. He was the bright spot in the whole experience.

My experience was amazing. As a woman, I was skeptical about going into the dealership by myself, but everyone was so nice—from the receptionist to the car salesman, Joseph, and the finance manager. Joseph was incredibly helpful; he checked in with me every step of the way. I should mention that no one pressured me at all. I ended up getting a really fair price for my 2025 Buick Envista.

Bought a brand new vehicle from Reed GMC on a Friday.
Bought a brand new vehicle from Reed GMC on a Friday. Drove the vehicle home. Drove it to work on Tuesday. Drove it home. Got in the Car that night and had ESC failure code. Took it back to Reed GMC on Thursday and they tell me it has wheel sensor error. They take a look and it has a broken wire. Tell me it is my damage and not under warranty. Later in the day when I pick it up I'm dumbfounded how this can happen from the time I come home from work and two hours later. Guy at the service desk tells me that error codes can be delayed. So I guess it is possible that this wire was broken when I bought the brand new car. Didn't matter, they won't cover it. Stay away from this dealership!! I'm telling everyone I know.
