I had a 9:00a.m service appointment on 5/19/2020 for a recall that required replacing the four tires the service advisor said would take a hour to a... hour and a half He did offer a loaner vehicle I did not take the offer cause I would not be able to leave and then comeback to get my vehicle so I walked over to the showroom I kept watching my vehicle I noticed that it did not get started on until 9:20 am I walked back over to the service department at 10:05 am I noticed that two other customers came to have service work done afterI was sitting in the waiting area were done before my vehicle was done my vehicle was not done until 10:46 am which is way to long to just replace four tires I then there for a additional 20 minutes I finally went to the service desk and let them know my vehicle had been done for 20 minutes the service manager said they got busy and forgot my vehicle was done I was very upset I told him that is ridiculous so then he finally printed out the paperwork gave me my key I was so upset I did not take time to look at my paperwork I looked at the paperwork work 15 minutes later I then noticed that my address information is incorrect and there is no description of the tire size or brand which that information should have been on my paperwork because if I have a problem with a tire there is no information on the paperwork. I want the proper information put on the paper work and mailed to me. Since I was there for two hours it caused me to miss another appointment at 11:00 am which I had to reschedule later this day
