I Bought a Car
I purchased it on Monday, and as of Thursday, it still runs. Tyler seemed like a good dude. The place has a Pac Man cabinet.

Excellent Service
We want to thank Brent Summers, Chad Raschella, and others in the service department for the great experience we had at Toothman Ford recently. They scheduled the repair work for a day and time that fit in with our work schedules. There were several things wrong with our Ford Edge and they repaired or replaced parts to make our vehicle like new again. They even put a new inspection sticker on, which saved us from having to make another appointment before the end of the month. That was a pleasant surprise. Was very good.
They were friendly, patient, costly competitive, and I like the life time warranty. after we drove away we noticed a flaw in the windshield and they agreed right away to correct this.

New Escape
Went to look at a used car. Salesman Tyler was helping us and mentioned the new cars in stock. After going over the options I decided to go for the new car. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great experience. Will definitely look there first whenever I’m in the market for a car.

Horrible service deparmtnet
Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Car broke down, from out of state and was left stranded with no way home and would not give me a rental or loaner and it was going to be at least two weeks before my car would be ready to be picked up Had to have family come get me to take me home and the service department was no help whatsoever. Would not even call or answer the phone!!!

it was effortless, I’m very satisfied
Went there , gave them a price I wanted to spend, they gave me several different cars to choose from and they were all at least $1,500 below KBB, and a lifetime warranty on the motor and complete drive train, when I need another I will go to Toothman Ford in Grafton WV, it was a great experience , Justin Newlon went way beyond anything he had to do for a customer.
