I took my senior parents to test drive a car with hopes that they would find a vehicle to meet their specific needs and experienced something I would not have expected - a stress free - low pressure buying experience. Kyree was extremely patient - helped my parents explore even more options than they had anticipated and expertly found a car that checked all their boxes. At no time did he rush them and answered all their questions , sometimes multiple times with care and concern. And they are now proud owners of a Chapman Ford. I would highly recommend his service to anyone who may need some hand holding.

My experience at Chapman of Egg Harbor was great! Jimmy helped answer all my questions, allowed me time to think and check out other trucks. Chapman worked with me hand in hand getting me in my new truck. Jimmy has stayed in touch checking in on me and making sure the process was a smooth as possible. My service rep Kevin was amazing throughout the process!
My service rep Kevin was amazing throughout the process!! He arranged a lift to get home after I dropped my truck off, and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone in the dealership is very professional and courteous! Very pleasant mind!!
