AJ was very helpful in communicated the entire process to me throughout the whole time. A+ service from AJ.

Sales person Joe was understanding as to what I was shopping for and the price point I needed. He offered various models and option levels of Bronco Spots so I could compare the cost based on the option packages on the different models. Joe's communication was not excessive and he would ask if he could aid me in anyway.

My daughter and I were looking for a reliable car and Chapman Ford provided just that. Our overall experience was wonderful from Donald Hood the salesmen Kyree Tinsle and there was another salesman but I don?t remember his name. They went above and beyond to meet my daughter and I needs. They were very professional, attentive, kind, polite and they also listened to want we wanted and what was in our budget instead of trying to force anything on us. They made sure we were taken care of by offering snacks and beverages during the process. The establishment was very clean and appealing. We give Chapman Ford a 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend others to car shop here

Classic bait and switch. They had it advertised as $10,000. which I knew was either a mistake or a bait and switch. As they did not apologize for the error I have to assume it was malevolent.

No pressure, relaxed atmosphere, easy process. Staff is always welcoming and extremely helpful. I have purchased quite a few vehicles at the Egg Harbor Township location.
