I enjoy going to this location for service on my Dodge Charger. Everyone here is very courteous, personable and welcoming. I have switched to... this dealership over the one in Frederic MD. They don't just say no, they explain why. The lady service rep is amazing. I believe her name is Dana but not sure. Easy and very accommodating. Love this dealership!
service dept. repaired two recalls air-bag and sterring return line
I took my 2006 Jeep Liberty to be inspected and got excellent prompt and courteous service. From now on, I will be taking it there for all my service needs.
I had my car in for it's routine oil change and everything was fine.
I received great service from the time I drove up to the end of my visit with the cashier. I will be back for more visits when necessary.
A personal thank you to Dalton and the service team at Miller's. They pinpointed an issue with my vehicle and for the first time in 3 years it runs smooth... as if brand new. I am grateful for the honest repair estimate and courteous service.
Took my vehicle in for an error message and they surpassed my expectations and fixed several recall issues for free that another dealership ignored. Dalton... was the Service rep that I dealt with and he was very kind and professional. I used to dread dealing with dealership service departments but Millers has changed my perspective and I am happy to say that I will be using them for all future service needs and I will be sure to check there first for my next vehicle purchase.
Kevin brought the car to me and the entire purchase, including the test drive, took less than 30 minutes. This was the best experience I have ever had... buying a car. I'm also impressed with all the extras you get from the dealership.
Since a bought my new ram truck, this dealership is GREAT: Sales, Service and parts
Mazda would not start after sitting for a couple of days. Miiller Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep was able troubleshoot the problem. They also did State Inspection,... oil change, and tires as requested, then allowed the Mazda to sit a few days to track down the (non-start up/ looking completely dead) after a short no use time period. It is one of the many Control Modules in the Mazda that is bad and causing the issue. Previously the Mazda dealer in Hagerstown had missed.
